り、密栓部材３は、その中央部がびん１のくびれ
部に沿つて嵌合しうる半円形状を形成しその両端
部に密栓部材８の端部を係合する密栓部材を略２
７０度回転したループ部９，９′が設けてあり、
更にその先の両先端１０，１０′がびんの密栓部
材３の係合孔４，４′に係合されており、密栓部
材８はその中央部に密栓７が回転自在に係合され
ており、その両端部１１，１１′を密栓部材３の
ループ部に係合せしめたことを特徴とする密栓構
