DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a tipping paper adhesion detection device, and more specifically, to a tipping paper adhesion detection device, which is used in a tipping paper wrapping device for manufacturing a filter cigarette with a rolling hand for winding tipping paper. This paper relates to a chip paper adhesion detection device that detects chip paper adhesion to a surface. [Conventional technology To make a cigarette with a co-filter, a tip paper coated with an adhesive on one side is connected to a filter tip by a rolling drum and a rolling hand provided to form a passage between the rolling drum and the rolling drum. It is manufactured by wrapping it around the ends of two adjacent cigarettes to form a single rod-shaped product, and then cutting the rod-shaped product in the center to make two filter-equipped cigarettes. By the way, when manufacturing cigarettes with filters, defective products may occur due to various reasons, such as poor wrapping of tip paper. For example, defective products may occur due to chipping paper adhering to the surface of the rolling hand. R regularly inspected the rolling hand and detected the presence of tip paper. [Lesson I that the invention solves and attempts! ! ]however,
When a worker inspects the rolling hand, the machine must be stopped. Therefore, frequent inspections will reduce production efficiency and take more time. Conversely, if the number of inspections is reduced, there is a risk that the number of defective products due to chip paper adhesion will increase, and if the number of defective products increases, it will take more effort to eliminate the defective products. In any case, conventionally, even if chip paper adhered to the rolling hand, it could not be detected at the same time as the adhesion, and the process was carried out afterward. Therefore, there has been a need for a chip paper adhesion detection device that does not reduce production efficiency, does not require much effort, and can reduce the number of defective products caused by chip paper adhesion. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the chip paper adhesion detection device of the present invention has a mouth-ring hand in which an air blowing hole is formed in the contact surface with the chip paper, and a rolling hand. The present invention includes an air supply means, a pressure detection means having a converter for converting a change in supply air pressure into a change in an electric signal, and a comparator for determining the presence or absence of adhesion, and detects adhesion of tip paper based on a change in pressure. The gist is: [Operation] According to the present invention, the air supplied to the rolling hand by the air supply means is blown out from the air blowing hole formed in the contact surface of the rolling hand.

Here, the supplied air pressure is converted into a change in electrical signal by a converter, and then compared with a predetermined value by a comparator to determine whether or not there is adhesion, and the adhesion of tip paper is detected based on the pressure change.

As shown in Figure 4, it can also be used in place of a manometer by displaying the pressure digitally. Furthermore, although not shown, the comparator and the power supply of the machine can be linked to immediately stop the machine when a pressure change due to adhesion of tip paper is detected. Next, the operation of the chip paper adhesion detection device according to the present invention will be explained.

The air supplied to the rolling hand is passed through the air passage 13.
The air is constantly blown out from the air blowing hole 12 formed in the contact surface 11 with the chip-baber. At this time, the air supply pressure is converted into an electrical signal by the pressure converter of the pressure detection means, and is displayed by a display unit such as a lamp via a comparator. Wrapping of the chipping paper around the rod-shaped object is performed by a rolling hand 1 and a mouth-ring drum 2 from which low-pressure air is blown out from air blowing holes 12 in the contact surface 11 with the chipping paper.

Therefore, if the air supply pressure rises above the set value,
This means that the chip paper is attached to rolling hand 1. In this way, depending on the change in the air supply pressure, the presence or absence of chip paper adhesion to the rolling hand 1 is detected at the same time as the adhesion. If tip paper is detected, the operator stops the equipment. Furthermore, if the power supply of the comparator and machine is moved, the equipment will automatically stop if chipping paper is detected, saving the worker the trouble of constantly monitoring the equipment. Labor saving is achieved. For products manufactured by a chip paper winding device equipped with a chip paper adhesion detection device as described above, the detection device has no effect on the quality of the rolled product. [Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, it is possible to detect the presence or absence of tip paper adhesion to the rolling hand almost simultaneously with the adhesion of the tip paper by changing the air supply pressure. Therefore, it is possible to quickly respond to chip paper adhesion, detect it reliably, prevent a large number of defective products, and eliminate the trouble of eliminating defective products. Additionally, there is no need for periodic inspections to check for chip paper adhesion, and there is no need to frequently stop the machine for inspections, so production efficiency does not decrease and labor can be saved.
