Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate wiring in a table sliding area to prevent deterioration of wiring by providing a table sladably against a guide, and converting the driving force of that table to the rotating force, and detecting a runaway of the table with that rotating force. CONSTITUTION:A toothed pulley 14 is engaged against a toothed timing belt 23 for driving a feeding mechanism of a table to convert that driving force to the rotating force. The toothed pulley 14 and a small flat gear 15 are installed to a shaft 12 integrally, and furthermore, a large flat gear 18 to be engaged with the small flat gear 15 is provided in a shaft 13. A disc member 19 having the shaft 13 in common with the large flat gear 12 is arranged, and discs 20, 21 having the shaft 13 in common are arranged on the disc member 19 in order. A projection is formed in the periphery of each disc member 19 and discs 20, 21 so that a phase thereof is dislocated from each other, and a switch 24 to be turned ON/OFF by these projections is arranged on a plate 11. The switch 24 works to detect an origin and a runaway and a set value respectively to prevent a runaway of the table exceeding the set value.
