If paper of the final size is used from the initial printing process as in the former case, the printing cost per sheet will be extremely high, so the latter method will be adopted. When implementing this, a printing device with a cutting function and a label pasting device must be used together, which not only increases equipment costs, but also requires transferring the printed and cut paper from the printing device to the label pasting device. Since it takes time and effort to do so, the problems caused by the former method cannot be definitively resolved.

On the other hand, on the paper conveyance path 1, the sheets P, which are sent out one by one from the paper stacking section 2 by the pickup roller 3, can be conveyed at regular intervals by the drive rollers 4 to 8 and the press rollers 9 to 13. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, four labels R are temporarily attached to each continuous A4 size area 20a on the continuous mount 20, and the A4 size paper P is the label of the label pasting means 19. By activating the label pasting means 19 when passing under the peel-off mount reversing guide 26 and moving the continuous mount 20 by the length of the A4 size area 20a at the same speed as the paper P, each sheet Four labels R, front, rear, left, and right, which are sent out from the tip of the label peeling mount reversing guide 26, can be automatically pasted onto P by the label pressing roller 27. The specific structure and labeling action of the labeling means 19 are described in, for example, Utility Model Application Publication No. 1-1999.
Since these are well known in the art from, for example, Japanese Patent No. 91714, detailed explanation thereof will be omitted.

3. P4 is conveyed horizontally at right angles to low speed belt conveyor 5.
However, due to the difference in conveying speed between both belt conveyors 48 and 49, as shown in FIG. Pasted postcard P3. The gap (cutting point) between P4 and P4 will be widened. Therefore, the trailing ends of the preceding labeled postcards PI, P2 and the following labeled postcards P3. The front ends of P4 are sent to the low-speed belt conveyor 52 without fear of collision with each other. By setting the conveyance speed of this low-speed belt conveyor 52 to be sufficiently low compared to the conveyance speed of both belt conveyors 48 and 49, as shown in FIG. 6E and FIG. After the postcards PL, P2 are transferred onto the low-speed belt conveyor 52, the subsequent labeled postcards P3. Most of P4 will be transferred so that they overlap. Once the labeled postcards P1 to P4 have been sent onto the low-speed belt conveyor 52 by both belt conveyors 48, 49, both belt conveyors 48, 49 are stopped, and the press rollers 50, 51 are moved upward and retracted, and the next label is transferred. The recipient of pasted postcards P1 to P4 is prepared to be picked up.

By repeating the above action, four labeled postcards P1 to P4 are transferred onto the low-speed belt conveyor 52 in a bundled state, but as described above, the conveyance speed of the belt conveyor 52 is sufficiently At a low speed (possibly, the front edges of the four subsequent bundles of labeled postcards 21 to 24 overlap each other on the trailing edges of the preceding four bundles of labeled postcards 21 to 24, so that they are moved one after another). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, at the end of the low-speed belt conveyor 52, each bundle of labeled postcards P1
~P4 can be scooped up by the postcard raising guide plate 54 and raised one by one while remaining in an overlapping state.

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the apparatus for manufacturing labeled postcards, etc. of the present invention, standard paper having a size that is an integral multiple of the labeling paper to be finally obtained is placed on the paper conveyance path. By sequentially supplying the paper, a plurality of labels are affixed in a fixed arrangement by a label affixing means to the standard paper being conveyed on this paper conveyance path,
This standard paper with labels pasted on it is cut between each label by a cutting means to divide it into a plurality of label pasting papers, and the plurality of label pasting papers sent out from the cutting means are stacked in a predetermined order by a delivery means. It can be carried out.

Therefore, even if it is necessary to print each label sheet in advance, it is possible to print on the front side of a standard sheet of paper that is an integral multiple of the size of the final label sheet. , the printing cost per sheet is lower (compared to using paper of the final size from the initial printing process).
You can. Also, compared to the case where a printing device with cutting functions and a label pasting device must be used together, the series of operations of label pasting, cutting, stacking and transporting can be done in one step.
Since the process can be performed continuously by the device, not only the equipment cost is reduced, but also the effort and time required to transfer the printed and cut paper from one printing device to the label pasting device becomes unnecessary.
