2. Description of the Related Art When a slip such as an invoice, in which data corresponding to a customer is printed by a high-speed printing device such as a printer, is created as a set slip in which a plurality of sheets are set for each customer, the number of slips in each set is as follows. It is necessary to change according to customers. FIG. 1 shows this situation.
If you want to make a set slip of 6 sheets for customer B,
Each slip cut at the cutting position is 4 for customer A
The sheets of the customer B and the six sheets of the customer B are superimposed on each other and, as an example, stitched by the stitcher a.

[0003] In the conventional method of creating a high-speed set slip, the number of set sheets can be made to correspond to data in-line, and the number of sheets after sheet cutting is counted. There is a CBS (coupon book stitcher) system in which a stitcher is hit. In the case of binding by gluing, a predetermined number of sheets have been put together and glued by an operator.

In the stitching method using the CBS method, the number of stitches that can be stitched is limited, and the stitching operation is performed after a predetermined number of sheets are overlaid, so that the product is transported intermittently. Speed was limited and productivity was problematic. In addition, the method of preparing a slip by gluing by a worker also has a problem that the processing speed is slow and the production cost is high.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.
This high-speed set slip creation method skips the first slip portion of each set of continuous sheets that are printed and sent out in sets in a sending direction by a high-speed printing device such as a printer. Then, glue is applied to the surface of the other slip part, and then cut into individual slip parts by a paper cutting device to form a sheet-shaped slip, and the sheet-shaped slips are sequentially arranged such that the front side and the back side face each other. The slips coated with the glue are adhered to other slips, and each set slip having the first sheet-like slip to which no glue is applied is sequentially created.

In addition, a continuous sheet which is printed in a set form by a plurality of slips in a sending direction by a high-speed printing apparatus such as a printer and is sent out is divided into a plurality of sheets in a width direction by a slit cutter, and is divided into a plurality of sheets. Overlapping and gluing to form a continuous laminated sheet, skipping the first slip portion of each set of the overlapping sheets, applying glue to the upper surface of the other slip portion, and then a paper cutting device In each of the slip portions, cut each slip portion to form a superimposed single-leaf voucher, and superimpose the superposed single-leaf vouchers sequentially so that the upper side and the lower side face each other, and apply the above-mentioned paste. The combined sheet-shaped slips were adhered to another overlapped sheet-shaped slip, and each set slip with the glue-coated sheet-shaped slip as the first was sequentially created.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which a slip having the width of one continuous sheet 3 is created has been described.
As shown in FIG. 3, one continuous sheet 3a is
May be cut into half widths, and the cuts may be overlapped to create a slip. At this time, glue 10a for superposition is applied, cut in a vertical shape, the two are superposed, and two pieces are adhered with this glue 10a. To be created for each customer.
The number of cut sheets in the width direction of the sheet is not limited to two, but may be cut into three or more sheets by using a plurality of slitters 20. Also in this case, gluing is performed between the cut sheets.

According to the present invention, as described above, according to the method of the first aspect, a plurality of slips are printed in a set direction in a sending direction by a high-speed printing device such as a printer, and are continuously sent out. The glued paper is skipped over the first of each set slip, glue is applied to the other slips, then cut and transported for each slip, and the slips are glued to each other with the glue. As a result, a set slip composed of a plurality of slips can be continuously generated, and the work efficiency can be remarkably improved as compared with the conventional intermittent feeding method, thereby increasing the productivity. In addition, because of the gluing, there is no limit on the number of sets, and the applicable range of customers can be widened. Since the gluing is performed mechanically, the processing speed can be increased and the production cost can be reduced as compared with the gluing performed by the worker.
