〔従来の技術〕
従来の遠隔監視システムは、複数の自動化された局所的

の加入者線と同程度の回線を使用して接続し、監視する
保守センタとで構成され、局所的な保守システムは、異
常を発見すると予め定められた手順に従って自動的に対
処し、同時に保守センタに警報を発し、警報を受けた保

ムと警報の大よその内容とを知り、現場に急行し、より
細かな処置をとるものであった.
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来の遠隔監視システムは、電話の加入者線と
同程度の回線を使用して接続しているため情報量が少な
く、警報発生の対象物を目視するような詳細な情報は伝
達できないため、保守対象物の異常状態に対する処置が
、異常の発生後保守者の現場到着までは、局所的な保守
システムに与えられた機能のみに頼らなければ成らず、
適切な処置が遅れることがあるという問題点がある.本
発明の目的は、被監視システムと保守センタとの間を、
多量のデータを送受することが可能なI SDN網を介
して接続することにより、警報発生時に対象物を目視す
ることを可能とし、同時に保守制御を行う複数の保守制
御装置が、被監視システムを保守するよう制御すること
ができるので、異常の発生後保守者の現場到着までの間
も、保守者の制御による対応がきめ細かにでき、場合に
よっては、現場に行かずに対処できる遠隔監視システム
を提供することにある.
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の遠隔監視システムは、無人の被監視システムを
遠方から監視する遠隔監視システムにおいて、前記被監
視システム側にはI SDN網に接続し各種の信号を送
受する送受信機能と受信した前記各種の信号に基づき前
記被監視システムの近傍に設けられた異常を検出するた
めの複数のセンサと前記被監視システムの状況を知るた
めの複数のカメラと前記被監視システムの保守動作を行
うための複数の保守制御装置との間で信号の授受を行う
制御機能を有する第一のI SDN端末装置を設け、保
守者の常駐する保守センタ側には第二のI SDN端末
装置と、前記保守者が前記複数のカメラと前記複数の保
守制御装置とを使用して前記被監視システムを保守する
よう制御する制御情報を入力するための制御卓と、前記
被監視システムの状態を可視表示するためのディスプレ
ーとを設ける構成である.
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する

てI SDN端末装W3が設けられている,ISDN端

行う制御機能を設けている.保守センタ側には、ISD
N端末装置13と、保守者がカメラ7,8.9と保守制
御装置10,11.12とが被監視システムlを保守す
るよう制御する制御情報を入力するための制御卓14と
、被監視システム1の状態を可視表示するためのディス
プレー15とを設けている.
次に動作について説明する.
