Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of a sliding board and fixing work thereof to a collector board by brazing the sliding board, which slides on a trolley wire, to the collector head mounted on the top of a pantograph. CONSTITUTION:Upon abrasion of a sliding board 2 upto the limit, it is replaced as a consumable part together with a collector head. For that purpose, the collector head horns 11 arranged at the opposite longitudinal ends of the collector head 1 in order to prevent entanglement of trolley wire in the underside of the collector head 1 is provided independently from the collector head 1 and they are coupled through screws. At this time, the rear surface of the sliding board 2 is brazed to the surface of the collector head 1. Consequently, the collector head 1 reinforces the sliding board 2 and manpower required for manufacture of the sliding board 2 can be reduced. Furthermore, since fixing screw and retainer for the sliding board 2 are not required, no manpower is required for fixing the sliding board 2 and the overall weight of the collector head can be reduced.

Figure 5 is a sectional view taken along line V-V in Figure 4, and Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line V-V in Figure 4.
It is a sectional view taken along the line ■-■ in the figure. Sliders whose main material is carbon (hereinafter referred to as sliders) have excellent lubricity and arc resistance, and have the advantage of low sliding noise with overhead wires, but their strength is low, so they must be reinforced as shown in Figure 5. The material 4 is brazed to the slider plate 3 to make it integral, and this is bolted to the boat body 5. Alternatively, if the slide plate is to be attached to the hull without providing a counterbore, as shown in FIG. It is attached to the hull 8 by holding it down.

The conventional structure has a problem in that the method of manufacturing and attaching the slider plate is complicated, such as brazing a reinforcing material to the slider plate to reinforce the strength of the slider plate, or requiring a presser metal fitting.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a structure in which the number of man-hours for manufacturing the slide plate and for attaching the slide plate to the boat body is reduced by directly brazing the slide plate to the boat body.

[Function] Since the slider is directly brazed to the boat hull, the boat body acts as a reinforcing material for the slider, eliminating the need for the conventional reinforcing material for the slider. Alternatively, there is no need for a holding fitting for attaching the shear plate to the hull.

When the slide plate 2 wears down to its usable limit, it will be replaced as a consumable item along with the hull l, so a hull horn 11 is provided at both ends of the hull in the longitudinal direction to prevent the overhead wires from getting caught under the hull. and the boat body 1 are separate bodies, and the boat horn 11 and the boat body 1 are spring-coupled.

Since the slider plate is directly brazed to the hull, the slider plate is reinforced by the boat plate, and the slider reinforcing material 4 shown in the conventional example shown in FIG. be. Further, since screws and pressers for attaching the slider plate are not required, there is an effect that the number of man-hours required for attaching the slider plate is eliminated. Furthermore, in order for pantographs to have good tracking performance for overhead wires, it is necessary to reduce the weight of the current collector boat, but according to the present invention, there is no need for reinforcing materials or holding metal fittings for the slider plate, so the weight of the t-current layer is reduced. There is an effect that can be done.
