Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、平面実装コネクタ、特に、電子回路を構或す
る接続コネクタとに用いられる平面実装コネクタに関す
る。
〔従来の技術〕
従来の平面実装コネクタは、プリント基板にスルーホー
ルを設けてそのスルーホールにコネクタビンを差し込ん
で実装するものやプリント基板上にのせてはんだ付けし
て接続し実装していた。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
しかしながら、このような上述した従来の平面実装フネ
クタは、プリント基板の回路パターン上にのせて実装す
るようになっているので、実装時に安定性がなくプリン
ト基板の上に倒れるという欠点があった。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の平面実装コネクタは、底部に突起部を設けるこ
とにより、この突起部をプリント基板の貫入穴に貫入し
、バネのバネアクションにより貫入後はバネが開きプリ
ント基板の底に引っかかり抜けないような構造となって
いる。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例について、図面を参照して説明す
る。
第１図は本発明の一実施例を示す横断面図である。
が外に出ているコネクタピン２と、ハウジング１の底部
に連続して設けられた軸部３ａと軸部３ａの先端に設け
られたバネ４とからなる突起部３とで構成される。
ハウジング１にコネクタピン２を入れ、コネクタビン２
のビン終端部２ａは両側につき出ており、突起部３はハ
ウジング１と一体構造となっている。
第２図は第１図に示す突起部３の詳細側面図で、軸部３
ａとバネ４とで構或されている。
第３図は、第１図に示す実施例を実装するためのプリン
ト基板５０部分斜視図で、突起部３が入る貫入穴６を設
け、またピン終端部２ａと接続すたもので、平面実装コ
ネクタをプリント基板５上に実装したものを示す。
〔発明の効果〕
本発明の平面実装コネクタは、ハウジングに軸部とバネ
からなる突起部を設けることにより、プリント基板上へ
の実装を容易にし安定性を保持できるという効果がある
。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ハウジングと、前記ハウジングに収容されピン終端部が
    外に出ているコネクタピンと、前記ハウジングの底部に
    連続して設けられた軸部とこの軸部の先端に設けられた
    バネとからなりプリント基板の貫入穴に貫入することに
    より固定するため突起部を含むことを特徴とする平面実
    装コネクタ。
