ルに於いて、前記無機透明薄膜が島状の不完全薄
膜であることを特徴とするカラー液晶パネル。 (2) ガラス板上に形成するカラーフイルターと
、該カラーフイルターを被覆して形成する有機透
明薄膜と、少なくとも該有機透明薄膜上に形成す
る無機透明薄膜と、該無機透明薄膜上に形成する
概ねストライプ状の形状を有する多数の透明電極
とを液晶パネルの一方の構成要素とするカラー液
晶パネルに於て、前記無機透明薄膜が島状の不完
全薄膜であることを特徴とするカラー液晶パネル
