It is commonly used for attachment. Some of the above-mentioned circuit boards have conductors or electrodes formed by printing and baking a polymer-type conductive copper paste.

In addition, it is difficult to clean these additives after soldering, especially under regulations on the use of fluorocarbons, and soldering due to corrosion does not lead to a decrease in strength or an increase in electrical resistance. I don't get it.

As a result of our investigation, we found that adding a reaction product of ethanolamine and triazole to cream solder makes it possible to solder the above-mentioned polymer-type conductive copper paste baked film, and improves the solderability of cream solder and the solderability. found out that it can guarantee excellent corrosion resistance later on.

結果である。The reason for this effect is that at room temperature, soldering dissociates into ethanolamine and benzotriazole as shown below, and due to the active action of ethanolamine, the polymer type N = N After soldering, when the temperature returns to room temperature, the ethanolamine and benzotriazole undergo a reversible reaction to form a stable benzotriazole monoethanolamine salt. Cream solder has a long shelf life and soldering is a result of preserving corrosion resistance.

This is because if the content is 80% by weight or more, the printability and ejection properties will be reduced, and the workability of the reflow method using cream shunting will be significantly impaired.

In this case, it is effective to prevent the so-called copper erosion phenomenon, in which copper atoms on the surface of the baked film diffuse into the molten solder, to maintain the physical properties of the baked film, especially the mechanical strength. Therefore, in the cream solder according to the above-mentioned other invention, solder powder to which 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of copper is added to prevent the copper eating phenomenon is mixed with the flux according to the above-mentioned invention. This is advantageous for particularly thin baked films of polymer type conductive paste.

If the flux is less than 8 parts by weight, the printability of the cream solder will be insufficient, and if it is more than 20 parts by weight, there is a concern that short circuits may occur due to dripping of the printed cream solder.

Corrosion can be prevented at such locations even when solder is used, and cream solder can be easily stored, making it possible to apply the adhesive flow method to circuit boards on which conductors or electrodes are formed using polymer-type conductive copper paste.
