貼着面を設けておき、一方、裏面に粘着剤層を付
与した研磨布紙を準備しておき、必要に応じてそ
の研磨布紙をその裏面の粘着剤層を介して研磨パ
ツドの貼着面に付着固定して使用するものがあつ
た。また、従来の別の構成例として、研磨パツド
の側にマジツクテープ(登録商標)からなる貼着
面を設けておき、一方、裏面にナイロンパイルか
らなる層を付与した研磨布紙を準備しておき、必
要に応じてその研磨布紙をその裏面のナイロンパ
イル層を研磨パツドのマジツクテープ層にからま
せるようにして付着固定して使用するものがあつ
た。

の研磨面を正確に倣わせることが難しいという問
題もあつた。さらにまた、合成皮の貼着面に粘着
剤層を介して研磨布紙を貼着させる従来の形式で
は、通常、その粘着剤の付着力は温度が低くなる
と貼付時の初期粘着力は極端に低下し、研磨布紙
は貼着しにくくなると共に、研磨布紙を交換しよ
うとして研磨布紙をその合成皮から剥がそうとす
る場合、非常に剥がし難くなるという問題もあつ
た。

に貼着された研磨布紙の研磨面が、被研磨面の複
雑な形状に容易に倣うようにさせる働きをもす
