(B) Prior Art Conventionally, as a device for improving the flatness of photographic paper, etc., there is a box-shaped vacuum easel having an air chamber (airtight chamber) under a suction plate.

(c) Problems to be solved by the invention Not only is it extremely difficult to manufacture the conventional box type with good parallel flatness because it is necessary to provide an air chamber, but it is also difficult to manufacture the conventional box type with good parallel flatness. A vacuum pump is required, and the image may become blurred due to vibration.
There was also the problem of high noise, making it impossible to apply it to easels for enlarging.

Therefore, conventionally, the photosensitive material 7 is set on the base plate 1 of the mask-equipped enlarger easel shown in FIG. Even if the periphery of the photosensitive material is pressed down by the holder, as shown in the drawing, the photosensitive material cannot be held well flat, resulting in so-called lifting in some parts, resulting in out-of-focus images.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention enables flat suction on the surface of the mask-equipped enlarger easel while using the easel mask, and also has a feature that was not possible with conventional box-shaped easels. The purpose of this project is to develop a method that can be used to adsorb the material using a vibrating air pump that has weak suction power, vibration, and noise, or an air exhaust device such as a rubber bulb.

(d) Means for Solving the Problem Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a thin plate having a large number of small suction holes for adsorbing and holding the photosensitive material is attached to an easel for enlarging with a mask. Either create minute irregularities on the base plate and directly partially bond the unbonded portion to form a ventilation path, or use a magnet that creates a ventilation path between the thin plate that created the air exhaust hole and another thin plate. Place the sheet panel joined with the net sheet on the base plate, press the area around the photosensitive material using the mask of the easel, and pump air into the air outlet hole with a vibrating air pump, rubber bulb, etc. By discharging the mask, the mask can be used between the base plate of the enlarging easel and the mask device, and the photosensitive material can be adsorbed and held with good flatness. It's resolved.

(E) Action In either case, the photosensitive material is set on a thin plate with small holes for suction, the periphery is pressed with a mask, and
When the air exhaust hole is connected to an air exhaust device to exhaust air, in either case, the air under the thin plate with the small suction hole is exhausted through the ventilation path, so that the photosensitive material is not exposed under the mask. Then, it is suctioned and fixed onto the thin plate with the small hole with good flatness.

(F) Embodiment The first embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 2, in which the mask device is omitted. The surface of the base plate 8 of the enlarger easel has minute irregularities to form ventilation passages. 13 is provided, on which a thin plate 9 with a number of small holes 10 is partially glued 14, the base plate is provided with suction holes 11 and also with discharge holes 12. When the air is discharged from the easel base plate 8 and the thin plate 9, the air is sucked through a large number of small holes through a ventilation path formed by the portion where the air is not bonded between the easel base plate 8 and the thin plate 9. Therefore, if the photographic paper 22 is set and its periphery is held down with the mask 23, the photographic paper will be suctioned and fixed onto the thin plate with good flatness by interaction with the mask.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 3. A thin plate 16 with numerous small holes 17 is bonded to a second thin plate 15 so as to sandwich a magnetic sheet 18 forming an air passage 19. In the structure, a suction hole 20 is provided, and air is further discharged from an air discharge hole 21.

Therefore, when air is discharged from the air discharge hole 21, the air is sucked through the numerous small holes through the air passage 19, so that if photographic paper is set on top of this, it will not be able to interact with the easel masks 23a and 23b. Due to the action, it is adsorbed with good flatness.

In the first embodiment, in a configuration in which a thin plate is partially bonded to the base plate surface, the portion that is not bonded forms a ventilation path for ventilation, thereby making it possible to adsorb the thin plate.

In this case, if the base plate is partially bonded by creating irregularities and filling the concave areas with adhesive, the thin plate will be supported by countless fulcrums, so even if strong suction is performed, the unbonded areas will be sucked and dented. This has the advantage of not causing any problems. Note that the unevenness can be created by using an adhesive material or an adhesive tape, and the portion that is not adhered can form a ventilation path.

In this case, since the surface of the normal easel base plate and the back surface of the uniform thin plate already have fine irregularities, the purpose may be achieved by directly partially adhering them without creating any special irregularities.

The reason why a magnetic sheet is used in the second embodiment is to enable magnetic attachment to the base plate of the easel and ensure fixation with the base plate. This can be achieved by sandwiching adhesive, adhesive tape, etc. so that the non-adhesive part forms a ventilation path.

(G) Effects of the Invention The present invention has the effect of making it possible to attach a photosensitive material such as photographic paper to a plane very easily and inexpensively using the basic structure of a normal mask-equipped enlarger easel.

In the first embodiment, a thin plate with suction holes is placed directly on the base plate of the enlarger easel.
In addition, the second embodiment uses a very simple method of attaching it to another thin plate (lower plate).
It is easy to manufacture because there is no need to create an air chamber or process grooves as in the past, and it also has excellent parallel flatness because the base plate of a ready-made easel is used as the base plate.

Also, in the present invention, a flexible mask on a ready-made easel can be freely used as usual. In other words, although the gap between the base plate of a ready-made easel and the flexible mask (the gap in which photographic paper is inserted) is usually only 2 to 3 mm, the present invention can achieve the purpose with that narrow gap.

That is, in the first example, the thin plate is 0.3 mm, the gap between the easel base plate and the thin plate is 0.3 mm, and in the second example, the magnetic sheet is 0.3 mm,
Since the lower plate can be implemented with a thickness of 0.3 mm, photographic paper can be placed on either of them without any hindrance.

Therefore, in the conventional box type, the position of the photographic paper is raised by the thickness of the box, which limits the enlargement size.
Since the height is only about a millimeter, large extensions can be performed as usual without any problems.

Furthermore, since the present invention only needs to suck a small amount of air under the thin plate, the purpose can be sufficiently achieved even with air evacuation devices such as rubber balls or vibration pumps, which were previously unthinkable. It has great features. Unlike a plate-making camera, an enlarger vibrates extremely easily and shakes easily, so a powerful pump cannot be used. However, in the present invention, an air evacuation device as described above that has a weak suction force, is quiet, and does not cause vibration or noise. This has the effect that it can be achieved by
