Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively remove the filth on a screen by the impact force produced when the screen is reversed as it rotates by gravity and the squeezing action of the screen by circularly providing the plural comb-shaped screens between the two rotating disks. CONSTITUTION:A couple of disks 15 are fixed to a rotating shaft 13 at a specified distance from each other, plural shanks 16 are provided close to the periphery of the disk at the equal angles to one another, and plural comb-shaped screens 17 with the base end freely rotatably supported by the shank 16, with the free end having an enough length to be placed on the adjacent shank 16 and which are rotated and moved with the rotation of the disk 15 are provided. A bar 22 is lifted with the rotation of the disk 15, brought into contact with the screen 17 which is reversed by gravity when the center of gravity passes the shank, and exerts an impact force on the screen 17. The reversed screen 17 is inserted one by one into the gap between the squeezing plates 23 for squeezing the screen 17 with the rotation of the disk 15 which are fixed to the fixing part.

Conventionally, as a method for removing solid matter contained in wastewater from the above-mentioned wastewater, a removal device using a screen has generally been widely applied. There are various methods of this screen removal device, and representative examples include: a) A screen made of a large number of endless narrow belts arranged in parallel is hung between two upper and lower rotors; The lower end of the screen is submerged in the waste water, and the screen is moved around by rotating the upper rotor, and the solid matter contained in the waste water adhering to the screen is removed by protrusions attached to each belt. A device that separates and removes solids from wastewater by hanging the solids on the screen and letting the solids fall from the part past the upper roller where the screen is reversed. b) A plate-shaped screen is arranged at an angle, A comb tooth is passed through each gap of this screen, and the comb tooth is fixed to a chain or the like so that it can be moved from the bottom to the top. There is one that separates and removes by moving it on the screen.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional solid matter removal device using a screen, in method a), the solid matter gets entangled with the screen and remains attached to the screen, and eventually the solid matter gets caught between the rotor and the screen and the screen becomes damaged. This may cause problems such as the screen slipping and stop moving, or in the worst case scenario, solid matter may become entangled with the rotor on the drive side, causing overload on the rotor or motor, resulting in a seizing accident, and the rotor or motor may become damaged. There is a problem that the motor may be damaged.

In order to achieve the above object, the sewage mixture removal device according to the present invention includes a pair of discs attached to a rotating shaft at a predetermined distance apart, and a pair of discs arranged at equal angular intervals near the periphery of both discs. The base end is rotatably supported by a plurality of shaft parts, and the free end has a length to ride on a rear shaft part adjacent to the shaft part, and rotates as the disc rotates. A plurality of comb-shaped screens, a bar whose center of gravity passes through the shaft portion and reverses itself due to its own weight after rising as the disc rotates, and applies an impact force to the screens, and a fixed bar; Each of the inverted comb-shaped screens is fitted into the gap, and as the disc rotates, the screen is squeezed, and the disc is moved in a fixed direction via the squeeze plate and the rotating shaft. and a drive source that rotationally drives the comb-shaped screen, the solid matter in the waste water adhering to the comb-shaped screen is shaken off by the impact force that collides with the bar when the screen is reversed, and the screen also passes through the scrubbing board. The screen is characterized in that it is configured to scrub off solid matter adhering to the screen itself.

In the sewage mixture removal device according to the present invention, the solids scooped out from the sewage by the screen are carried along with the screen which rotates with the rotation of the disk, and then the center of gravity of the screen is aligned with the axis. When it moves to the opposite side of the section, it rotates in the opposite direction due to its own weight and collides with the reversing lever. The impact force at that time shakes off the solid matter adhering to the screen. Then, the screen from which the solid matter has been shaken off is squeezed out by a scrubbing board, and the solid matter that was not shaken off in the above step and remained between the screens is further squeezed out. This almost completely removes solids from the screen.

2 and 3 show a plan view and a side sectional view of the first sewage mixture removal device A described above, and 13 is a rotating shaft rotatably supported by bearing plates 14 and 14. A pair of disks 15.15 are attached to the rotating shaft 13 at a predetermined distance apart. The pair of discs 15.15 are connected by a plurality of shafts 16 arranged at equal intervals near their peripheries, and each shaft 16 has a base end rotatable with the disc 15 as a bearing. Supported. A base end of a coarse comb-shaped screen 17 (the interval between each screen is about 50 m) whose side surface is approximately "C" shaped is pivoted to each shaft portion 16. The tip of this comb-shaped screen 17 becomes a free end and has a length such that it rests on the adjacent shaft portion 16. Therefore, at the lower part of the disc 15, the free end of the comb-shaped screen 17 hangs down due to its own weight and sinks into the settling basin 2 explained in FIG. It is mounted on the rear shaft portion 16.

At this time, most of the solid matter adhering to the screen due to the force of the attack is shaken off and stored in the residue receiver 24. The screen 17 from which the solid matter has been removed is subsequently squeezed into the groove 23a of the squeezing plate 23.

In this second sewage mixture removal device B, the comb-shaped screen 17 has a narrow screen interval (approximately 2 to 20 an).
However, the disc 15, bar 22, squeeze plate 23, etc., which are rotationally driven by a motor (not shown), are basically the same as those of the first mixture removing device A. 2
Reference numeral 6 denotes an inlet for the sewage pumped up by the pump 6 in FIG. 1, and 27 is a receiving tray for receiving the sewage from the inlet 26, from which the sewage falls onto the comb-shaped screen 17. The sewage that has passed through the screen 17 is discharged from the outlet 29 of the cesspool 28 at the bottom.

That is, as shown in FIG. 6, a plurality of radial impellers 30 are rotatably fitted on the rotating shaft 13, and the rotation is caused between the rim 31 of the impeller 30 and the ring 32 concentrically attached to the disk 15. If the pressure contact roller 33 is interposed, the impeller 30 will be rotated clockwise by the hydraulic power of the waste water falling from the saucer 27, and the rotation of the impeller 30 will rotate the disc 15 counterclockwise via the roller 33. Can be rotated in the direction
This provides a device that does not require power from a motor. In this embodiment, three pressure rollers 33 are arranged at equal intervals.
Although an example in which two pressure rollers 33 are provided has been described, the above operation is possible as long as there is at least one pressure roller 33. Further, a gear may be used instead of the pressure roller. In this case, an external gear and an internal gear that mesh with the small gear may be provided on the rim 31 of the impeller 30 and the ring 32 of the disc 15. .

Furthermore, when hydraulic power is used as a driving source, in addition to gravity, a water wheel, a turbine, or the like that converts the hydraulic power flowing in a pipe or the like into rotational force can also be used.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a plurality of comb-shaped screens are arranged in a circle between two rotating disks,
The solid matter in the wastewater deposited on the screen can be effectively removed by the impact force and the squeezing action of the screen when each screen is reversed due to the gravity associated with the rotating operation. For this reason, there is little chance of solid matter being deposited on the screen instead of being removed. No extra load is applied to the rotating body equipment, and even more, it completely eliminates the possibility of solid matter getting entangled with the rotating shaft and making it unable to rotate, dramatically improving durability and making maintenance management easier. It is extremely facilitated.
