ン水の液位を測定する装置において、前記ダイヤ
フラムシール機構と前記上部バランス管と下部バ
ランス管との接続部にそれぞれ温度検出器を取付
け、さらに演算器を前記温度検出器に接続して前
記温度検出器からの温度信号をこの演算器に入力
して前記上部バランス部と下部バランス管の温度
差に起因する前記ダイヤフラムシール機構内の封
入液の熱膨張差により生じる差圧量を算出し、の
差圧量により前記差圧伝送器より検出されたドレ
ン水の液位を補正して実水位を求める液位測定装
置。 2 吸水加熱器の上部バランス管と下部バランス
管にそれぞれ一対のダイヤフラムシール機構の一

重量により前記差圧伝送器より検出されたドレン
水の液位を補正して実水位を求める液位測定装置
