題点があった。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Conventional relay devices employ the above-mentioned program loading method, so programs can only be loaded when the relay device is initially started up, and programs cannot be loaded during reloading. If a failure occurs in the network or management device, the execution program will be destroyed and relaying will no longer be possible. Furthermore, when a loading temporary area is provided, there is a problem in that it is necessary to secure the memory capacity for the loading temporary area.
