Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable taking out of molding parts and a cold runner by separating them form each other, by a method wherein a runner moving part moves a runner holding part together with the cold runner along the surface of a template and a runner extruding part separates the cold runner from the runner holding part. CONSTITUTION:A rubber holding part 7, runner moving part 8 and runner extruding part 9 are provided on a movable side template 6. Upon breaking of a mold, the rubber holding part 7 is positioned at a grasping point (a), the template 6 is moved backward, a cold runner 2 is extruded through the template 6 with an extruding pin 32 and a molded molding parts are extruded for dropping. However, the rubber holding part 7 positioned at the grasping point (a) grasps at a part of the cold rubber 2. Then after a movement of the runner holding part 7 to a separating point (b) from the grasping (a) along with the cold runner 2 by actuating the runner moving part 8, the cold runner 2 is separated from the runner holding part 7 by actuating the runner extruding part 9 and the cold runner 2 is dropped to a different position separated from the molding parts.

ルド金型の提供を目的とし、少なくとも固定側型板若し
くは可動側型板のいずれか一方の型板に、ランナ保持部
とランナ移動部とランナ押出部とが設けられ、型板から
押出されたコールドランナの一部を掴持点aに位置して
いるランナ保持部が掴持するよう構成され、且つランナ
移動部が型板の面に沿ってランナ保持部を、掴持点aか
ら離脱点bヘコールドランナと共に移動せしめ、ランナ
押出部が離脱点をにおいてコールドランナをランナ保持
部から離脱せしめるように構或する。

るランナ保持部7が掴持するよう構成され、且つランナ
移動部8が型板6の面に沿ってランナ保持部7を、掴持
点aから離脱点bヘコールドランナ2と共に移動せしめ
、ランナ押出部9が離脱点をにおいてコールドランナ2
を、ランナ保持部7から離脱せしめるよう構成されてな
る本発明のモールド金型によって達威される. 〔作 用〕 第1図において一方の型板にランナ保持部とランナ移動
部とランナ押出部とを設けて、型板から押出されたコー
ルドランナの一部をランナ保持部が掴持するよう構戒し
、且つランナ移動部がコールドランナと共にランナ保持
部を型板の面に沿って移動せしめ、ランナ押出部がラン
ナ保持部からコールドランナを離脱せしめるよう構成す
ることによって、分離取出のための高価な設備やそれを
設置するための空間を必要とせず、モールド部品とコー
ルドランナの分離取出が可能なモールド金型を実現する
ことができる。
