ない事が規定されているため、仕上材を内装・外
装とも兼用する筋かい入の壁パネルでは、軸組と
筋かいとの接合部が難かしく、プレハブ化するに
は難点があつた。

るため、現場では工期の早いプレハブ壁工法とし
