Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate building of equipment and reduce a cost thereof and to re-utilize equipment by mooring a float type structure in a position above a submarine oil field, guiding crude oil to the structure for refining, and storing oil once. CONSTITUTION:A refining part 3 to separate crude oil into oil, gas, and water and a metering station 4 to meter unloading oil are mounted in proper spots on the upper surface part of a float type structure body 1 provided at its interior with an cargo oil tank 2 wherein refined oil is stored once. Further, a flame tower 5 to burn separated gas is built. A yoke 11 is vertically rotatably mounted to an end part on the opposite side to an off-loading station 9 of a structure I by means of a hinge 12. Meanwhile, the lower end of a riser II is mounted on a riser base 15, installed on a sea bottom 14 in the vicinity of a submarine oil field 13, through an universal joint 16, and the tip of the yoke 11 is connected to the top part of the riser II through a swivel 17.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, when refining crude oil derived from an offshore oil field and storing it in tanks on land, a turret is assembled above the submarine oil field, a platform is fixed on the sea, and a platform is placed on the fixed platform. Crude oil guided by a riser pipe is transferred to a shuttle tanker and shipped by sailing to a port, and then transferred from the shuttle tanker to a tank on land for storage, or a riser pipe is used to lead crude oil from an offshore oil field to the sea. There is one that connects directly to a tank on land with piping, and transports crude oil from a riser pipe to land through the piping and stores it in a tank on land.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the method of installing the above-mentioned fixed platform and transporting crude oil from an offshore oil field to the sea via a riser pipe using a shuttle tanker, it takes a lot of time to construct the fixed platform. Not only is this expensive, but it also has to be dismantled and removed after the oil field is depleted, making it impossible to reuse it in other oil fields. The method of transporting crude oil to a tank on land via piping has problems in that it is difficult to support the riser pipe and piping, and the amount of crude oil to be transported is limited by the diameter of the piping.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a refining section that includes a cargo oil tank in the lower part and performs primary refining by separating crude oil into oil, gas, and water in the upper part. It is equipped with a metering station that measures the amount of oil once stored in the cargo oil tank, a flare tower that burns the separated gas, and an off-loading station that serves as a place to ship the oil. , further comprising a line that leads the oil produced in the refining section to the cargo oil tank for storage, and a line that leads the oil in the cargo oil tank to the off-loading station via the metering station. A floating structure is moored above an offshore oil field, and a pipe is erected swingably on the ocean floor to raise a pipe that leads crude oil from the offshore oil field to the refining section of the floating structure. The structure consists of a riser whose top part is anchored to a floating structure, and a shuttle tanker that receives and transports oil shipped from the floating structure.

The oil stored in the cargo oil tank is shipped in h1 quantities and transported by shuttle tanker. - The floating structure described in F has a cargo oil tank that stores crude oil after it has been refined, so it is not possible to continuously pump crude oil from an offshore oil field to the floating structure. On the other hand, shipping of oil is carried out by shipping the stored oil, so it can be carried out freely.

A refining section 3 for separating crude oil into oil, gas, and water is located at an appropriate location on the upper surface of the floating structure main body 1, which has a cargo oil tank 2 therein for temporarily storing refined oil.
A metering station 4 is installed to measure the oil to be shipped when the oil stored in the cargo oil tank 2 is pumped out, and a flare tower 5 is installed to burn the separated gas, and further, The floating structure main body 1 includes a pipeline 6 that guides the oil refined in the refining section 3 to the cargo oil tank 2 and stores it therein, and a pump in the pump room 7 that carries the oil in the cargo oil tank 2. 8, the above metering station 4 is loaded.
A pipeline 10 is installed to lead the pipeline to the off-loading station 9 via the floating structure (2). A yoke 11 is attached to the end of the floating structure opposite to the off-loading station 9 with a hinge 12 so as to be able to rotate vertically. The lower end of the riser ■ is installed on the riser base 15 installed on the seabed 14 via the universal joint 16, and the tip of the yoke 11 is connected to the top of the riser ■ via the swivel 17. When using the equipment of the present invention to transport and store crude oil led from the submarine oil field 13 to a storage facility on land, first, the crude oil taken out from the submarine oil field 13 is passed through the vibrator 18 into the structure in the sea. The crude oil is introduced into a refining section 3 on the plant, where it is separated into oil, gas, and water. The separated and purified oil is led to the cargo oil tank 2 via the pipeline 6 and stored there, and the separated gas is combusted in the flare tower 5. In the cargo oil tank 2, crude oil from the next offshore oil field 13 is refined and stored.
