て操作する減圧弁のダイヤフラムに於てそのダイ
ヤフラムを、下方に凸状に湾曲して圧力設定ばね
に当接せしめた第1のダイヤフラムと、上方に凸
状に湾曲して弁棒に当接せしめた第2のダイヤフ
