A fastener was attached to the part that could be opened and closed to make it airtight. Such ideas were published in Utility Model Application No. 54-136116 and Utility Model Application No. 59-87.
It is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 475. Although such food preservation bags are effective in preserving foods, etc., they require a fastener in addition to the film bag, which poses problems in terms of usability and price.

The gist of the present invention is ``a flat cylindrical body made of synthetic resin film with openings at the upper and lower ends, and a valve element attached with a laminated zipper to allow food to be taken in and out through the valve element. This is a method for preventing mold-preservation of foods in which mold-prone food is kept in a sealed bag made of a synthetic resin film with poor moisture content and an ethanol gas emitting substance and/or an oxygen scavenger.

As is clear from the above description, the valve body is a flat cylindrical body with open upper and lower ends, and when pressure is applied to the inside of the airtight bag of the present invention, it has the effect of a reverse valve that closes due to the pressure. It is something that you have. Also, a lamin tube is an opening/closing device that is often used to open and close the mouth of a synthetic resin bag. This opening/closing tool is made of synthetic resin and has two rail-shaped protrusions arranged in parallel and close to each other so that the rail-shaped protrusions fit into the other surface. Next, "synthetic resin film with poor air permeability" means a synthetic resin film that has barrier properties against oxygen gas and ethanol gas. As specific examples, polyolefin films coated with polyvinylidene chloride (this coating is referred to as ni-treatment), K-treated nylon/polyolefin laminate films, and aluminum foil laminated with polyolefin are particularly preferred. Next to these, a laminate film of biaxially stretched polypropylene and an unstretched polyolefin film is suitable. Biaxially oriented polypropylene films may also be used.

However, it is possible to peel them off.) preferable. The reason for this is that when pressure is applied to the inside of the sealed bag of the present invention, the inner surface of the valve body blocks, and the proper effect of the valve body becomes particularly good.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a valve body, which is a flat cylindrical body made of synthetic resin film, and can be opened and closed by a laminated zipper 2. The upper end 6 and the lower end 5 are open. 3 is the main body of the airtight bag. The main body of this airtight bag is made by stacking two polyethylene films treated on one side (with the K-treated side on the outside) and heat-sealing the periphery.
The portion of the valve body that contacts the flat cylindrical body is heat-sealed to the outside of the flat cylindrical body in the following manner. That is,
A sheet such as a Teflon sheet that does not fuse with the inner surface of the flat cylindrical body even when heat pressure is applied is inserted into the inside of the flat cylindrical body in advance (this sheet will be removed later), and then the flat cylindrical body is placed in an airtight bag. It is inserted into the desired position in the upper part, and the inner surface of the upper side of the airtight bag and the outer surface of the flat cylindrical body are heat-sealed to a predetermined width.

That is, storage was the same as in Section 2, except for the laminated zippers attached to the upper and lower ends (about 1 cm from the upper and lower sides, respectively) of the flat cylindrical body attached to the bag made of treated nylon polyethylene laminate film. Using bags, one sachet containing a preservative and 20 pieces of rice cakes were placed in each of the five bags in the same manner as in the second section, and both zippers were closed, and the storage test was conducted.

The 5 cm openable and closable fastener was sealed with a device (referred to as an uneven backing) and subjected to a storage test. The tightening tool is a concave-convex backing disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-87475, and the tightening tool is as described below.

A device that forms a long female mold that fits firmly into each other and can be easily removed, and that allows the front end of a plastic film bag to be fastened between the male mold and the female mold so that it can be opened and closed. It is.

A significant difference was observed compared to the 1st section and the 2nd section of the comparative example. However, in the 5th section where uneven backing was used, mold growth was observed in 1 out of 5 bags after 10 days had passed, which is relatively early.
