However, in the case of fluid foods such as miso, if the individual packaging is covered with miso, oxygen absorption is hindered, and to prevent this, the individual packaging must be placed in the upper space of the container. It had the disadvantage that its use was limited by the properties of the food.

。[Problems to be solved by the invention] Conventional technology aims to maintain freshness during the distribution process from the manufacturing stage to the consumer, so once the food reaches the consumer and is opened, Subsequent retention of freshness was not guaranteed. Furthermore, at present, only airtight plastic containers are used to store homemade foods, which is not sufficient to maintain freshness. Storing it in a refrigerator or freezer is more effective in maintaining its freshness, but this is not a problem when transporting it by car or the like. Refrigerators for cars have recently become commercially available, but when the engine is stopped, the refrigeration function also stops and the freshness-keeping effect disappears, making it very inconvenient when living outdoors, such as when camping.

More preferably, at least one resin selected from polyolefins, polyamides, polyvinyl chloride, etc. It is preferable to use a uniform resin molded product made of a resin, preferably a polyolefin resin and an inorganic fibrous filler, and the molded product can be obtained by injection molding or extrusion molding. The resulting molded product blocks aqueous solutions and allows only gases such as oxygen to pass through, making it most suitable for preserving solutions or paste-like foods, as it prevents the gas absorber from becoming wet and becoming ineffective. ing. A composite of the resin molded product and at least one of a sintered body of metal, ceramics, thermoplastic resin, etc., a porous film, a nonwoven fabric, or paper can also be used depending on the purpose.

The freshness preservation container is composed of a casing 1, a lid 2, and an opening 3 for inserting and removing a gas absorber. The casing 1 and/or the lid 2 has a double structure including an outer wall 4 made of metal or resin having gas barrier properties, and an inner wall 5 having air permeability. The casing 1 and the lid 2 block air from entering from outside the container by an O-ring 6 and a tightening part 7 such as a screw. An oxygen absorber is placed in the space surrounded by the outer wall 4 and inner wall 5.
By putting a gas absorber 8 such as a desiccant or an adsorbent, and placing the food inside the inner wall, that is, in the space surrounded by the inner wall 5 and part of the outer wall 4, the oxygen in the air left in the container is absorbed by the inner wall. The oxygen scavenger absorbs and removes not only what is in the space formed by the outside wall, but also what is inside the inner wall through the breathable inner wall, so it removes all kinds of food, including fats, oils, vitamins, flavor components, and pigments. Prevents oxidative deterioration of ingredients,
It protects the nutritional value, flavor, and color of freshly prepared food, prevents insect damage, and maintains the freshness of food.

The housing 1 is composed of an outer wall 4 made of metal or resin having gas barrier properties, a tightening part 7, and a cock 9. In the lid body 2, a gas absorber 8 such as a deoxidizing agent, a desiccant agent, an adsorbent, etc. is placed in advance in the space surrounded by the outer wall 4 and the inner wall 5, and the opening of the outer wall 4 or the fourth As shown in the figure, the entire assembly is covered with a cover 10 made of metal or resin having gas barrier properties. The lid body 2 covered with the cover 10 can maintain the effectiveness of the gas absorber 8 until use. When in use, by peeling off the cover 10 and tightening it onto the housing 1, the container immediately becomes the freshness preserving container shown in FIG. This saves the effort of putting in and taking out the gas absorber 8, and even when the effectiveness of the gas absorber 8 has diminished, the initial effectiveness can be regained by peeling off the cover 10 and tightening the new lid body 2 to the housing 1. This becomes the freshness preservation container shown in Figure 2.

た。[Effect of the invention] When the containers of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were loaded into a car and the lids of each were opened 20 days later, it was found that the soy sauce in the freshness preservation container of Example 1 had a different color and flavor. No change was observed. The lid was again tightened to the housing and stored, but no change in color or flavor was observed even after 20 days. After 20 days, the soy sauce placed in the container of Comparative Example 1 had turned dark black in color and had lost its flavor. A closer look at the lid of Comparative Example 2 revealed that the surface of the oxygen absorber attached to the lid was wet with soy sauce.
