Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed a paper smoothly by setting the locking force of a locking means for positioning a tractor to a supporting member to be a value enabling a paper feed mechanism itself to move in the same direction as an axial direction of the supporting member when a sprocket pin is pulled in the axial direction of the supporting member by a sprocket hole. CONSTITUTION:The locking force of a locking means 14 for positioning a trac tor to a shaft 10 is set to be a value allowing the tractor to move in the same direction as an axial direction of the supporting member 10 when a sprocket pin 4a is pulled by a sprocket hole 3 to the axial direction.
