At the same time, it has become popular to cook these packaged foods in a microwave oven. In addition, some attempts have been made to place a metal-deposited film under the food or its container to increase reflection efficiency, place the food or its container on top of the metal-deposited film, and heat it in a microwave oven. . However, in any of these cases, the metal-deposited film has the disadvantage that it generates sparks when heated in a microwave oven. As a solution to this problem, for example, there may be a method of forming areas in which there is no metal vapor deposited layer in the form of a lattice, but this can prevent the generation of sparks, but there are areas where there are no large number of metal vapor deposited layers in the vertical and horizontal directions. Because of the presence of , it is not possible to increase the reflection efficiency and heat storage effect, but only to prevent sparks and obtain a decorative effect.

The uneven film 10 having fine irregularities on the surface is formed by kneading a matting agent into the film itself to form fine irregularities on the surface, or polyester film, polypropylene film, polyvinyl chloride film, nylon film, In addition, various types of plastic films in which fine irregularities are formed on the surface by sand mat processing, coating mat processing, fine embossing, hairline processing, etc. are used. Further, the uneven film 10 may be paper having fine unevenness on the surface, and this invention also includes this case.

The metal deposition layer 20 is formed by depositing A, Ni, Cr, Cu, and various other metals, alloys, etc. on the uneven surface of the uneven film 10 by vacuum evaporation, sputtering, ion plating, or the like. In this case, when the unevenness of the uneven surface is deep, if the metal vapor deposition layer is deposited from the front of the uneven film 10 at a substantially right angle to the film surface, the metal vapor deposition layer will not easily adhere to the sloped parts of the unevenness, as shown in FIG. , a metal vapor deposition layer 20 is formed intermittently in the convex portions and concave portions. Furthermore, if the metal is deposited at an angle, the metal deposited layer 20 will be formed only on one side of the inclined portion, as shown in FIG. 2, for example.

When this is heated in a microwave oven, sparks do not occur because the metal vapor deposited layers are disposed intermittently on the top, bottom, left and right. In addition, since the parts where the metal vapor deposited layer is cut are extremely small, the heating and cooking time is reduced by effective reflection and heat storage, which is the same as when the metal vapor deposited layer is completely covered. It is possible to shorten the time.
