(Prior art) Conventionally, expansion joints (hereinafter simply referred to as joints), which are installed to shield the floor-to-wall and floor-to-floor gaps of adjacent buildings, have been used to make the floor surfaces flush with each other. A bellows-shaped cushion member made of synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or the like is attached to ensure flushness.

(Problem to be Solved) However, the cushion member in this conventional joint is configured to elastically expand and contract to follow the displacement of the joint's constituent members to cope with fluctuations in the structure, ensuring a flush state. However, sufficient consideration has not been given to deformation and abrasion caused by the treading force caused by foot traffic, resulting in significant deterioration over time, resulting in frequent replacements, and the deterioration of rubber parts due to temperature changes. There were problems such as expansion and contraction, creating convex embankments, and gaps at both ends.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned technical problems, the present invention provides an arrangement between a pair of fixing members installed in a floor-to-wall or floor-to-floor configuration of adjacent buildings, and a gap between the fixing members. In an expansion joint consisting of a cover member that is slidably provided to cover the gap between the two structures, a slide recess formed between the cover member and the fixed member is filled with a material that fills the slide recess. A cushion member is interposed which mainly includes a filling part that is attached in a shape, and the filling part has a plurality of supporting edges made of soft synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, and a horizontal step edge is formed on the upper part of each supporting edge. The upper and lower parts of each support edge are integrally connected by a continuous edge so as to be expandable and retractable, and the support edge and/or the step edge are made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or metal material. The expansion joint has a structure in which reinforcing members are combined.

An engagement edge 7C having a substantially L-shaped cross section is formed to be press-engaged. The cross-sectional shape of the main bellows-shaped filling portion 7a is such that a plurality of thick supporting edges 7d are provided at predetermined intervals in the vertical direction in the figure, and the upper end of each supporting edge 7d is horizontally arranged at the same level. An upper connecting edge 7f which is bent into a substantially V shape is provided between the stepping edges 7e so as to be elastically deformable and connected to each other, and the lower end of the supporting edge 7d A lower connecting edge 7g bent to have a generally W-shaped cross section is elastically deformably provided between the parts, and the filling part 7a is extendably provided to have a generally bellows-shaped cross section having a plurality of spaces. The entire cushion member 7 is made of soft synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, and in particular, the tread edge 7 formed at the upper end of each support edge 7d.
e has a substantially belt-shaped road surface reinforcing member 8 made of abrasion-resistant hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, light alloy material such as brass, aluminum, or stainless steel along the direction of the arm, integrally molded or welded by means. Alternatively, they are attached integrally by fitting molding, bending deformation molding, etc. The thus formed cushion member 7 is attached to the slide recess 12 in a filling manner via its fitting portion 7b and engagement edge 7C.

In this first embodiment, the structure is as described above, and the cover member 4 is elastically engaged between the pair of fixing members 2 and 3 via the spring member 5. The cover member 4 is provided so that its footboard portion 4a can be slid along the webbing 2a of the fixed member 2 in response to fluctuations in the frame 1, W1, thereby providing a joint function and shielding the gap T1. In particular, the slide recess 12 formed between the cushion fitting part 2k of the fixing member 2 on the floor 1 side and the end of the footboard part 4a of the cover member 4 is interposed in a filling manner. The plurality of tread edges 7e constituting the filling portion 7a of the cushion member 7 are provided in a composite body with a tread reinforcing member 8 made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, light alloy material such as brass, aluminum, or stainless steel material. Therefore, the filling portion 7a of the cushion member 7 can elastically expand and contract to maintain the filled state of the slide recess 12 in accordance with the movement of the joint 1 in response to the fluctuations of the bat bodies Fl and W1, and the Since the hard tread reinforcing member 8 is combined with deformation and abrasion due to tread force caused by passing, the abrasion and deformation can be significantly reduced, and the maintenance of filling of the slide recess 12 can be significantly improved. , it is possible to ensure the levelness of the floor.

In addition, since the cushion member 7 is integrated with the hard tread reinforcing member 8 or is provided in an integrated composite body, the expansion and contraction of the soft part due to temperature changes is suppressed, resulting in convex bulges and edges. It is possible to significantly reduce the occurrence of gaps,
Good levelness of the floor can be maintained.

Next, FIGS. 6 to 9 show other embodiments of the cushion member, and the cushion member 57 shown in FIG. 6 is made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, light alloy material such as brass, aluminum, or As shown in the figure, a supporting edge reinforcing member 8a made of a homogeneous material is integrally provided with the tread reinforcing member 8 made of stainless steel in a vertical direction along the longitudinal direction of the substantially central part of the supporting edge 57d, thereby preventing the supporting edge 57d from buckling due to treading force. The structure is such that it prevents bending. Further, the cushion member 67 shown in FIG. 7 has a structure in which a supporting edge reinforcing member 8a made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, stainless steel, etc. is provided only at the supporting edge 67 to prevent the supporting edge 67 from buckling. It is something. Further, the cushion member 7 shown in FIG.
7 is integrally or integrally provided with a support edge reinforcing member 8a made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, stainless steel, etc., extending from the center of the support edge 77d to the center of the step edge 77e, and each step edge 77e is made of stainless steel material. A cover reinforcing member 8b made of brass, hard synthetic resin, etc. is attached to the cover to prevent wear and buckling. Further, in the cushion member 87 shown in FIG. 9, each step edge 87e is entirely formed of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, etc.
A cover reinforcing member 8b made of stainless steel, brass, hard synthetic resin, etc. is mounted on top.

(Effects of the Invention) With the present invention configured as described above, the filling portion of the cushion member elastically expands and contracts to fill the slide recess in response to the movement of the joint constituent members in response to fluctuations in the building. In addition to being able to maintain the condition, the deformation and abrasion due to the tread force caused by people passing by is made of a composite structure with hard reinforcing members, so the abrasion and deformation can be significantly reduced and the slide recess can be maintained filled. can be significantly increased.

(1) A pair of fixing members installed floor-to-wall or floor-to-floor in an adjacent building, and a cover that is slidably provided between the fixing members and covers the gap between the two buildings. In the expansion joint, the slide recess formed between the cover member and the fixing member is interposed with a cushion member mainly consisting of a filling part that is attached to the slide recess in a filling manner. The filling part is made of a plurality of supporting edges made of soft synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, and a step edge is formed horizontally on the upper part of each supporting edge, and the upper and lower parts of each supporting edge are integrally connected by a continuous edge. An expansion joint that is formed to be expandable and contractible, and further has a structure in which a reinforcing member made of hard synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or metal is composited on the support edge and/or the step edge.
