Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cold climate intermediate wear giving excellent heat insulation, fast sweat absorption and evaporation and comfortable wearing touch when worn between an underwear and an upperwear, by employing a wadding formed of an inner layer comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric, an intermediate layer comprising hydrophilic fiber non-woven fabric and an outer layer comprising highly crimped fiber non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A wadding 1 formed of an inner layer A comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric having a single filament fineness of <=1 denier, an intermediate layer B comprising hydrophilic fiber non-woven fabric and an outer layer C comprising hydrophobic fiber non-woven fabric having a single filament fineness larger than that of the non-woven fabric in the intermediate layer B, a crimp number of >=8 crimps/inch and a crimping rate of >=17 degree is laminated to both a face faric 2 and a lining fabric 3, the fibers of each fabric being raised, and subsequently sewed to provide the objective intermediate wear.

[Prior Art] As a heat-insulating material to replace feathers, a three-layer structure material (Japanese Patent Publication No. 64-91-90) consisting of nonwoven fabric, etc., has good sweat dissipation when worn, is comfortable to wear, and has excellent heat retention properties. Developed by one of the inventors. When using this three-layer structure material for clothing, etc., it is necessary to enclose it with an outer material and a lining, but the comfort and heat retention of the three-layer structure material may be impaired by the outer material and lining. There were many. That is, when tack is used for the outer material and lining, comfort is maintained but heat retention tends to decrease, while when coated fabric is used, heat retention is maintained but comfort tends to decrease. Taffeta and coated fabrics also have the disadvantage of not being stretchable.

[Means for Solving the Problems] A cold weather inner garment according to the present invention consists of an outer material, a batting material, and a lining material,
The filling has the following characteristics: Inner layer: nonwoven fabric intermediate layer made of hydrophobic fibers with a denier of 1 denier or less; 2 nonwoven fabric outer layer made of hydrophilic fibers; Hydrophobic with a crimp degree of 17% or more! It is made of a nonwoven fabric made of a-fiber, and its main feature is that the outer and lining fabrics are striped fabrics, and the surface that contacts the batting is brushed.

In the present invention, since the inner layer of the filling part is composed of a nonwoven fabric made of ultrafine hydrophobic fibers of 1 denyl or less,
It has good heat retention and good permeability of water vapor caused by sweating.

In addition, since the middle layer is composed of a nonwoven fabric made of hydrophilic fibers, it has the effect of actively absorbing sweat through the inner layer.
It enhances the feeling of wearing. Since the smaller the denier of the constituent fibers, the better the heat retention properties, it is preferable to use fine fibers with a denier of 1 denier or less.

On the other hand, the fibers constituting the outer layer are preferably made of highly crimped fibers with a denier of 1a fiber, which is larger than the fibers of the intermediate layer, which results in a coarse fiber packing density. As a result, water vapor permeability is improved and heat retention is also improved. Furthermore, when water vapor is generated on the inner layer side due to sweating during wearing, a difference in water vapor pressure occurs between the inner layer side and the outer layer side, and the water vapor taken into the intermediate layer quickly moves to the outer layer side and evaporates. Furthermore, since the highly crimped fibers are hydrophobic, there is no risk of condensation occurring within the fiber layer. In addition, the number of hydrophobic fiber crimps is 8 to 35/inch, more preferably 10 to 14
pieces/inch, and the preferred degree of crimp is 17 to 50%.
More preferably it is 18 to 24%.

Possible ways to shape the three-layer structure material include stacking each constituent material and punching it with a needle, or using adhesive, but in either case, the spaces between the constituent fibers will not be filled. method needs to be adopted.

The outer material and lining used in the present invention are knitted fabrics that are brushed on one side. The materials for the knitted fabrics for the outer and lining fabrics are not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use high-strength polyester, bolyamide, etc., as this prevents the filling material from slipping out to the outside, enhances the feeling of wearing, and improves the appearance and durability. (washing resistance) etc. can also be improved. Also, since it is a knitted fabric, it has excellent stretch properties. The fiber density may be such that the batting does not blow out after raising. The nap applied to the side of the knitted fabric of the outer material and the lining that is in contact with the batting has an important effect in preventing the batting from slipping out to the outside by utilizing the entanglement of the raised fibers. The raising method is not particularly limited, and the raising can be performed using a cloth raising machine or the like. The method of sewing the inner garment of the present invention is not particularly limited;
It is desirable that consideration be given to the feeling of wearing.

Table 1 The embodiments of the present invention quickly reach a comfortable internal temperature (32°C to 1°C), maintain that temperature for a long time, and have a small amount of residual moisture, so they have excellent heat retention when sweating. It turns out that it is excellent. Also, there is no bubbling of the filling, and it retains heat well during dry heat.
