Claims (1)
くとも1層の電気絶縁性フレキシブルシート部を
有するシート状基体と、前記基体の両面側に積層
接着され、かつ108Ω・cm未満の固有抵抗値を
有する導電性、又は半導電性フレキシブルシート
部とを有し、 前記導電性又は半導電性シート部が、ゴムおよ
び合成樹脂より選ばれた少なくとも1種からなる
マトリツクス成分と、このマトリツクス成分中に
含有されている導電性物質とを含んでなる、電気
および電磁波障害防止フレキシブルシート。 2 前記導電性シート部の固有抵抗値が105Ω
・cm以下である、請求項1記載のフレキシブルシ
ート。 3 前記絶縁性シート部の固有抵抗値が1010
Ω・cm以上である、請求項1記載のフレキシブル
シート。 4 前記絶縁性シート部の固有抵抗値が1010
〜1018Ω・cmである、請求項3記載のフレキ
シブルシート。 5 前記絶縁性シート部が電気絶縁性ゴムおよび
合成樹脂から選ばれた少なくとも1種により形成
されている、請求項1記載のフレキシブルシート
。 6 前記絶縁性ゴムが、天然ゴム、スチレンブタ
ジエンゴムSBR、クロルスルホン化ポリエチレ
ンゴム、ポリウレタンゴム、ブチルゴム、および
イソプレンゴムから選ばれる、請求項5項記載の
フレキシブルシート。 7 前記絶縁性合成樹脂がポリ塩化ビニルPVC
、ポリウレタン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体

導電性シート部に対し少なくとも5重量%である
