Conventionally, in the sewing of high-class men's clothing, etc., a sewing method is known in which the interlining or lining is partially basted with the outer fabric using basting thread, then sewn together with sewing thread, and then the basting thread is removed to obtain a sewn product. However, since it requires skill and the process is complicated, it is unsuitable for mass production and has the disadvantage of high manufacturing costs. On the other hand, a method is also known in which the outer material and the lining are thermally bonded using a heat-adhesive interlining and then sewn together. Although such a method simplifies the sewing process, it has the disadvantage that the adhesive force is maintained even after sewing and the texture is hardened. In addition, there is also a method of moistening the interlining provided with a water-soluble resin layer, adhering it to the outer material, lining, etc., then sewing it, and then removing the water-soluble resin by washing with water. 45
This is known from Japanese Patent No. 22072, etc., but washing with water has the disadvantage that the dimensions of the fabric and interlining change during washing and drying, resulting in loss of the shape of the finished product.

The present inventor has arrived at the present invention as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks. That is, the present invention
- Outer material and interlining material and/or lining material are adhered to each other through an α-olefin vinyl ester copolymer containing 55 to 80% by weight of olefin component, and sewn together with a sewing thread, and treated with a halogenated organic solvent. This temporary adhesive sewn product is characterized in that the adhesive between the outer material and the interlining material and/or the lining material can be removed by means of the following steps.

The materials used for the outer material, lining material, interlining material, etc. used in the present invention are not particularly limited, but include natural fibers such as cotton, linen, wool, and cashmere, recycled or semi-synthetic fibers such as rayon and acetate, polyester, A wide range of fabrics include synthetic fibers such as polyamide and acrylic, either alone or in combination. However, it is effective when applied to animal hair fiber fabrics such as wool and cashmere, or fabrics made of a mixture of animal hair fibers and synthetic fibers, which are susceptible to washing with water. Of course, the animal hair fiber may be pre-shrunk processed by a conventional method.

Sewn products are usually made by laminating an outer fabric and a lining fabric with an adhesive resin layer made of the above-mentioned copolymer, or by heat-bonding the outer fabric and the lining fabric with an interlining fabric with an adhesive resin layer between them, and then sewing. It can be obtained by In order to provide the adhesive resin layer on the interlining, it is preferable to spread the granular resin and then heat it to make it adhere, or to immerse it in a liquid in which the granular resin is dispersed and dry it, but the method is not limited thereto. do not have. The amount of the copolymer applied varies depending on the outer material, the date of the interlining, the MI of the copolymer, the double-sided adhesiveness of the interlining, etc., but is usually about 5 to 40 g/ m2 , preferably 5 to 20 g/m2. m2 .

Temporary adhesive sewn products are produced by cutting the outer material, interlining material, lining material, etc. into a desired shape, stacking them together, and heat-bonding them using a heat press or the like. The fabric is then sewn onto clothing or the like using a sewing machine or the like. In the present invention, since the materials are sewn together in a pre-adhesive state, there is no misalignment of the interlining, lining, etc., and sewing can be performed exactly as cut, with high productivity, without the need for skill, and with extremely high efficiency and high quality.

In addition, the obtained temporary adhesive sewn product is a product with high commercial value because the adhesive is easily removed by treatment with a halogenated organic solvent, such as perchlorethylene or trifluoroethylene, and the texture is soft and the shape stability is good. Specific examples of sewn products that can be obtained include men's clothing, jackets, coats, etc.

It is usually preferable to add lubricants such as fatty acid metal salts, fatty acid esters, higher alcohol esters, and waxes to the copolymer in an amount of about 5% by weight based on the copolymer. Further, other polymers soluble in halogenated organic solvents can also be blended in small proportions. In any case, the adhesive force between the outer material and the interlining and/or lining is preferably about 500 to 1500 g/2.5 cm.

以下、実施例により本発明を説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to Examples.

Particles of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (ethylene content: 70% by weight, MI50) containing 2% by weight of calcium stearate are sprinkled on a m 2 of interlining at a rate of 15 g/m 2 and heated to form an adhesive interlining. I got it. This interlining is thermally bonded to the back side of the cut polyester/wool blend 50/50 fabric (adhesion strength 700g/2.5cm)
This was then sewn using a sewing machine to create men's clothing. The sewing was extremely efficient and smooth. Next, the temporary adhesive sewn product was treated with perchlorethylene at room temperature for 10 minutes, and the outer material and interlining were separated, yielding men's clothing with a good texture and good shape stability.
