It is commonly made. However, paper boxes made from this kind of paper are
Unable to see inside. In addition, there are devices in which a cut-out window hole for see-through is provided so that the interior can be seen through, but in this case, there is an inconvenience that a pattern cannot be applied to the cut-out window portion.

After deposition, the inventors discovered that the purpose could be achieved by removing the aluminum layer other than the patterned portion to expose the transparent surface, and came up with this idea.

A thin film 7, which is aluminum vapor-deposited on one side of a transparent film, is applied to the entire surface of the base paper with the aluminum layer 11 as the outer surface, and a transparent resist layer 8 is further applied to the surface of the thin film 7 to form a desired contour surrounding the portion corresponding to the cutout window hole 6. A base paper for a paper box, which is formed by printing a pattern 10 on the inside of the aluminum layer 11 while leaving the aluminum layer 11, and removing the portion of the aluminum layer 11 other than the pattern within this outline to expose the transparent film surface 12. It provides:

With a fold line, front plate 1, left and right side plates 2, 2, back plate 3,
A top plate 4 having an insertion piece, a bottom plate 5, etc. are formed, and a circular cutout window hole 6 is formed in the center of the front plate 1.
is provided. In this invention, as shown in the explanatory cut-out diagram in FIG. 2, a thin film 7 made of a transparent film made of polyester, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., on which aluminum has been vapor-deposited in advance, is applied to cover the entire surface of the aluminum surface. A colorless or colored transparent resist layer 8 is applied to the upper surface of each plate part and the entire surface of the cutout window hole, leaving a circular outline 9 along the cutout window hole 6 and inside the cutout window hole. A suitable pattern 10 is drawn and applied by printing, and the aluminum layer 11 on the upper surface of the thin film 7 is removed in the portion where the resist layer 8 is not applied, that is, the portion excluding the pattern 10 within the circular outline 9, to form a transparent film. The surface 12 is exposed. The removal of the aluminum layer 11 on the upper surface of the thin film 7 is actually carried out by printing and depositing the resist layer 8 and then etching it with acid to directly melt away the aluminum layer 11 that appears on the outer surface. As shown in FIG. 2, the first part is the part covered with the resist layer 8, that is, the outside of the cutout window 6 and the pattern 10 part is left as a metallic shiny surface by the aluminum layer 11, and the parts on both sides of the cutout window 6 are covered with the resist layer 8. is a colored print on cardboard 1
3 is seen through, and most of the cutout window hole 6 is the surface of the transparent film 12.

の美麗な金属表面とすることができる。Functions and Effects of the Invention As described above, this invention uses a transparent film which is aluminum-deposited as a coating to exhibit metallic luster, and the transparent resist layer 8 is adhered to the surface of the aluminum layer 11. Unlike conventional transparent films that are simply printed with metallic coloring, it is possible to create a box with a heavy feel.In particular, the transparent resist layer 8 can be colored differently for each color by multicolor printing. It can be applied to create a beautiful iridescent metal surface.
