〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は二一ドルベアリング等へのグリス注入を容易に
行なう事の出来る注入機械に関するものである.
〔従来の技術〕
従来、二一ドルベアリング類へのグリス注入は粘度が高
い為に作業者自身の手でベアリングの内部へ注入してい
た.従って作業能率が悪く、又注入量の均一化が図れな

本発明のグリス自動注入機は第1図に示す様にコントロ
ーラ1には電源スイッチ2、モードスイッチ3、時間設
定スイッチ12、圧力調整ツマミ13が用けられている

〔発明の効果〕
本発明のグリス自動注入機はグリスの自動注入が自動的
に出来る機械である.そしてコントローラ内のスイッチ
の操作によって注入量が自動的に切替え出来る機能を持
っている。従ってグリスの注入作業の能率向上と、均一
なグリス注入ができ、操作が容易であり、従来の作業者
自身の手に依るグリス注入方法にくらべて本発明のグリ
ス自動注入機の作業効果は20倍以上の能率向上が図れ
