Abstract

PURPOSE:To inject grease so easily as well as to make its injection rate adjustable in an easy manner by installing a means to adjust the extent of air pressure and another means to select the grease injection rate being injected with the air pressure, respectively. CONSTITUTION:A high coupler 8 is inserted into an air outlet port, an AC 100V power source 4 is made into circuit, a power switch 2 of a controller 1 is depressed, a mode switch 3 is pushed down, and a time setting switch 12 is set up, thus a pressure regulating knob is adjusted to the specified pressure. Air passes through a spiral tube 7 and tun past a filter regulator 6, then it enters an air import 9. This air pressure is regulated to the specified pressure by the pressure regulating knob 13 as looking at a pressure gauge 5. い為に作業者自身の手でベアリングの内部へ注入してい
た．従って作業能率が悪く、又注入量の均一化が図れな

っている。従ってグリスの注入作業の能率向上と、均一
なグリス注入ができ、操作が容易であり、従来の作業者
自身の手に依るグリス注入方法にくらべて本発明のグリ
ス自動注入機の作業効果は２０倍以上の能率向上が図れ
