【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は降雪の日などの際に自動車等のタイヤ
に装着して用いる車両用滑止め部材に関するもの
である。

発生する問題点があり、また後者(第18図ある
いは第19図)は、いずれもネツト本体11の両
端部11a,11bを第20図および第21図示
のように相互に相手側の端部に重合状に挿通係合
することによつて係止するようになつているた
め、どうしても前記重合状の挿通係止部の一方が
路面に対して突出状11cとなつて、この部分が
路面との摩擦により、他部より早く摩耗して破損
を起し易く、また衝撃も生ずるという問題点があ
つたとともに上記型式のものはタイヤの両側面に
沿つて巻付けられる部分(長手方向の両側辺部)
がネツト本体11の自己弾性応力により元の平板
状態に復元しようとし、その結果タイヤの両側面
に対するなじみが悪くなり、ネツト本体11がタ
イヤの外周面から外れ易くなるという惧れがある
ばかりでなく、ネツト本体連結部両端部を重合状
態として連結するため、タイヤの大きさに合せて
巻付け寸法を調整する範囲を大きくとることがで
きない等の問題点があつた。

側平行条片部、索条連結具係止用舌片部および斜
状条片部内にそれぞれ補強芯材を一体にモールド
することにより、前記ネツト状滑止め部材の強度
を高め、かつ自己弾性応力による復元力によりタ
イヤ外周面からの外れおよび高速回転時のネツト
状滑止め部材の浮上りを防止し、同時にタイヤの
大きさに合せて巻付け寸法を調整し得る範囲を大
きくとることができる車両用滑止め部材を提供す
ることを目的とするものである。

片部を設けるとともに前記索条連結具係止用舌片
部の基端部を、前記両側平行条片部と所要角度を
もつて交差する斜状条片部との集約部となし、さ
らに前記両側平行条片部および斜状条片部、索条
連結具係止用舌片部内に補強芯材を一体にモール
ドして構成されるものである。

ト状滑止め部材1bによつて構成される滑止め部
材である。1b1は前記ネツト状滑止め部材1bの
両側平行条片部、1b2は同索条連結具係止用舌片
部、1b3は同斜状条片部、1b4は前記索条連結具
係止用舌片部1b2の基端部、1b5は連結具係止
孔、1b6は補強芯材である。なお前記補強芯材1
b6はワイヤー等の金属線材、合成繊維紐、バン
ド、その他適宜のものでよい。また、前記ラダー
状滑止め部材1aおよび索条連結具係止用舌片部

ヨツク吸収用舌片であつて、前記ラダー状滑止め
部材1aおよびネツト状滑止め部材1bと同一材
質をもつて一体に形成されるものである。なお前
記シヨツク吸収用舌片1c,1cは相互に噛合可
能にその突設位置をずらせることが好ましいが、
これに限定されるものではない。1a1は前記ラダ
ー状滑止め部材1a内に一体にモールドされた芯
部材であつて、数条のワイヤー1a2と、前記ワイ
ヤー1a2の各両端部を、略直交状に串通しした状
態で一体に固結したダイキヤスト製棒状剛性係止
部材1a3とからなる。2,2は前記ラダー状滑止
め部材1a,1aの両端部に穿設した側部開口切
欠溝2a,2a付の係合孔。なお前記係合孔2,
2は単なる孔でもよく、またその数は1個でもよ
い。3は連結金具であつて、棒材を略O字形状に
折曲し、その上端を稍々水平方向に折曲するか、
または下方へ折曲げてラダー状滑止め部材取付部
3aとし、さらに下端を上方へ折曲げて索条取付
部3bとし、前記索条取付部3bを索条4(ロー
プ、ワイヤー、チエーン等を含む)に適宜間隔を
おいてかしめ付けて前記連結金具3を前記索条4
に適宜間隔をおいて固定するものである。なお索
条4をチエーンとした場合は、第13図示のよう
に前記連結金具3の索条取付部3bをチエーンに
ゆるく巻着して取付けるものである。また前記連
結金具は第14図示のように板材で形成してもよ

た環部であつて、後述の連結フツク体5を係止し
得るものであれば、どのようなものでもよい。5

記ネツト状滑止め部材1bの索条連結具係止用舌
片部1b2の連結具係止孔1b5に係止した舌片部係
止用フツク体8に係止し、前記ネツト状滑止め部
材1bの浮上りを防止するためのものである。な
お前記舌片部係止用フツク体8は、金属、プラス
チツク等の棒材、あるいは板材で形成されてお
り、第8図a示のように前記索条連結具係止用舌

らに前記両側平行条片部および斜状条片部、索条
連結具係止用舌片部内に補強芯材を一体にモール

ヤの外周面から容易に浮上り外れるのを防止し得
るものであり、また前記索条連結具係止用舌片部
の基端部を前記ネツト状滑止め部材の両側平行条
片部と斜状条片部との集約部とし、かつ前記索条
連結具係止用舌片部、両側平行条片部、斜状条片
部内にそれぞれ補強芯材を一体にモールドするこ
とにより、前記索条連結具係止用舌片部およびネ
ツト状滑止め部材全体を補強し得、しかも滑止め
部材の連結両端部に位置するラダー状滑止め部材
はタイヤに装着した際に近接状態を保ち全く重合
状態とならないので、前記連結両端部に従来のネ

具係止用舌片部を設けるとともに前記索条連結具
係止用舌片部の基端部を、前記両側平行条片部と
所要角度をもつて交差する斜状条片部との集約部
となし、さらに前記両側平行条片部および斜状条
片部、索条連結具係止用舌片部内に補強芯材を一
体にモールドしたことを特徴とする車両用滑止め
