Problems that the invention aims to solve However, the molding materials used to process SMC sheets and thermoplastic sheets are flexible and highly adhesive, making it difficult to use vacuum or magnetic attraction methods like conventional steel sheets. It is not possible to easily feed the material into the press molding device using a handling means, and the material must be manually fed into the press molding device. Therefore, there has been a desire to improve production efficiency by automatically adding molding materials such as SMC sheets.

Means to solve the problem The present invention was developed in consideration of the above points.
In a press feeding device for adhesive sheet materials, which inserts a removable needle into a flexible and adhesive sheet material such as SMC or thermoplastic and feeds it into a press molding device, the tip of the removable needle is shaped into a bulge that does not warp. At the same time, a plurality of removable needles are arranged in a radial pattern with a plurality of removable needles arranged at each position in a radial manner with the distance from each other becoming wider as they go forward, and the plurality of removable needles are inserted into a set. A plurality of molds are attached to the material attachment/detachment part of the press feeding device at predetermined intervals so as to be able to pierce the center and both ends of the sheet material, and the molds are installed in the press forming device with the mutual spacing between the material attachment/detachment parts. An object of the present invention is to provide a press loading device for adhesive sheet materials, characterized in that the press loading device is provided with a width adjusting device variably corresponding to the spacing between the press loading device and the press loading device.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention.
Press charging device 1 of press forming device (not shown)
is installed adjacent to the side of the press molding device, and a plurality of sheet materials 3 arranged in a line such as SMC sheets or thermoplastic stampable sheets mounted on the molding material supply table 2 are placed at the front end. The attached material is pierced by the attachment/detachment part 4 so that it can be automatically thrown into the mold of the press molding device. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the material loading/unloading section 4 is disposed at the front and rear of a rigid fixing member 7 via a sliding guide 6 in the loading arm section 5 of the press loading device 1, which can freely reciprocate. The distance between the front and rear material attachment/detachment parts 4 can be freely adjusted using a width adjustment device 8 such as a cylinder provided at the top so as to correspond to the distance between a pair of molds installed in the press molding device. The front and rear material attachment/detachment parts 4 each have vertically movable plates 10 that can be driven up and down by vertical drive devices 9 such as left and right cylinders. Detachable needles 12 that pierce the sheet material 3 from the portions 11 are formed so as to protrude downward, respectively. The removable needle 12 is a rod-shaped piece with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm and a length of approximately 100 to 200 mm, the tip of which has a conical bulge shape without warping as shown in the figure. One needle and one set of three needles protrude radially in a left-right symmetrical manner, and their bases are pivotally connected to the detachable needle pivot support member 13 fixed to the opening 11. As shown in Fig. 1, connect the upper and lower parts to the lower part of the pivot joint of the adjacent detachable needle 12,
The pair of left and right attachment/detachment needles 12 are symmetrically oriented laterally by an expansion/contraction drive device 15 like a small cylinder connected to the opposite parts of the upper part by connecting rods 14 and attached to the ends. It is designed to be able to expand and contract at an angle of about 10 degrees. At the lower part of the vertically movable plate 10 formed in this manner, a holding plate 17 having an insertion hole 16 through which the detachable needle 12 is inserted is disposed opposite to the opening 11 of the vertically movable plate 10. It can be driven up and down by a cylinder-like presser plate drive device 18 attached to the side end of 10,
When the sheet material 3 is pierced and attached with the detachable needle 12, it contacts the sheet material 3 and prevents the sheet material 3 from lifting up, and when the sheet material 3 is put into the mold, the sheet material 3 is inserted from the detachable needle 12.

Function: In order to feed the heated and softened sheet materials 3 mounted in a row on the molding material supply table 2 into the press molding device, the press feeding device 1 is driven and the material attachment/detachment section 4 is moved in one direction. It is located on the top of the second sheet material 3. Then, with the removable needle 12 closed as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. Then, the upper moving plate 10 is pushed down, and the detachable needle 12 is pierced into the sheet material 3 as shown by the dashed line in FIG. The attachment/detachment needle 12 stops when its tip slightly protrudes from the sheet material 3, drives the vertical drive device 9 upward to raise the vertical movement plate 10, and operates the expansion/contraction drive device 15 to attach/detach it as shown by the solid line in FIG. The needles 12 are expanded laterally, the material attachment/detachment section 14 is moved above the next juxtaposed sheet material 3, and the second sheet material 3 is pierced in the same manner as described above. In this way, a predetermined number of sheet materials 3 arranged side by side are successively pierced and stacked in the material attachment/detachment section 4, and the press feeding device 1
is transported to the press molding apparatus, and the material attachment/detachment section 4 is positioned above the opened lower mold. Then, the expansion/contraction drive device 15 is driven, and the vertical drive device 9 is driven downward while the removable needle 12 is contracted inward, and the presser plate drive device 18 is driven downward to move the stacked sheet materials 3 into the lower mold. The press loading device 2 is mounted softly on top of the
is removed from the machine and the required press forming is performed. The press feeding device 1 that has retreated is driven in the same manner as described above to pierce the next sheet material 3 one after another,
The sheet materials 3 are piled up and kept on standby.

Therefore, even if the sheet material is soft, flexible, and highly adhesive, such as an SMC sheet or a thermoplastic sheet, it can be easily handled by piercing the sheet material with a removable needle and attaching it removably. It can be automatically fed into the press molding equipment.

In particular, since the tip of the removable needle has a bulging shape without warping, even if the sheet material is a sticky sheet material loaded with long fibers such as a stampable sheet, it will not be stampable when loading the sheet material into a mold. It can prevent the fibers from getting caught on the long fibers of sheets or the like and disrupting their structure or cutting them, and it is possible to press-form a good product.

Further, since the width adjustment device can adjust the distance between the front and rear material attachment/detachment parts, the distance between the pair of molds can be easily adjusted, and the sheet material can be fed into the press molding device with high production efficiency. Also, multiple removable needles can be attached at once.
Since the sheet material is held in pairs and spread out to the sides, it is possible to reliably prevent the sheet material from falling, and it is also possible to hold the sheet material in a taut state, which is in a softened state and tends to bend and sag downward. It allows for smooth handling.

It is also possible to use a book or other plurality of needles, and the removable needle is not limited to a straight needle, but may also be appropriately bent and uneven.

In addition, in order to prevent the sheet material from adhering to the removable needle, a heater such as a heater is placed around the removable needle so that it heats up when the removable needle rises, or the upper circumference of the removable needle is heated. It is also possible to wrap a band-shaped heater around the part to heat the removable needle as appropriate.

Effects of the invention As described above, with the present invention, even if the sheet material is soft, flexible, sticky and difficult to grip, it can be stabbed with a removable needle and automatically fed into the press molding device. Even if the sheet material is a sticky sheet material loaded with long fibers such as a stampable sheet, it may get caught on the long fibers such as the stampable sheet and disturb the structure when the sheet material is loaded into the mold. It is possible to prevent the material from being damaged or cut, and it is possible to press-form a good product.

Then, a set of removable needles can be inserted into the center and both ends of the sheet material at predetermined intervals, so that the sheet material does not bend or fall.
The material can be hung securely and fed into the press molding device, and the distance between the material attachment/detachment parts can be variably adjusted using the width adjustment device in accordance with the distance between the pair of molds installed in the press molding device.
