い。フツク14がリング4から外した場合、ある
いは完全に掛合されてない場合は両端子1,2す
なわち電極9,10は遮断された状態になるので
電圧は第2トランジスター52のベースにかか
り、そのコレクターに接続したICなどからなる
制御回路6が作動し、警報回路7のブザー20及
びランプ21が作動して作業者に警報を与える。
制御回路6にはタイマー機能を備えているので、

51へ電圧を印加する、すなわち遅延回路によつ
て少し遅らせて警報を発生させ、使用中における
必要以外の警告音による不快感をなくしている。
