Abstract

PURPOSE:To form a profile diameter section such as fine diameter section or the like in a tube and manufacture medical containers of desired shape efficiently in mass production by extruding molten resin out of a mold lip opening to the outside of a mold as tubes and clamping the same by means of a core bar and pressing components and cooling the tubes while the same slide on the surface of the core bar. CONSTITUTION:Resin melted in an extrusion molding machine 11 and a mold 2 is extruded from a mold lip opening 9 to the outside of the mold 2 as tubes 8. The tubes 8 are clamped among the three point of a core bar 3 and pressing components 18, 18 and cooled while being slid on the surface of the core bar 3 and molded as a given molded product 7 with a fine diameter section 19. 療用容器の本体を構成する成形品の連続的な断面となっ

を連続的に成形することができず、成形品の開口した端
部に口部を装着して成形するときは口部等の固定治具等
が必要となり、口部の固定位置も一定の位置に定めにく
いので大量生産に適さなかった。 そこで1本発明者は以上の課題を解決するために鋭意検

造方法を提供するものである。 ■押出成形機11及び金型2内で溶融した樹脂を金型リ
ップ口9から金型2の外にチューブ8として押出す工程
。 ■鶴記チューブ8を芯金3と押え部材18.18の3点
間に挟んで、芯金3の表面上を滑りながら冷却し、細径
部19を有する所定の成形品7として成形する工程。 ■前記成形品7の細径部19を、切断機6で切断し、開
口部20.20を形成して成形品7aとする工程。 ■前記の成形品7aの開口部20の一方に、口部部品2
1を挿入し溶着して溶着部22を形成し、もう一方の開

却管13の中央部を貫通して装着されるエアーノズル1
5とからなる多重管構造となっており、該冷却管13中
には冷却水14が充填され、冷却管13内部は冷却水1
4が循環できる流路が形成されている。また冷却効果を
高めるために前記冷却管13の外周に断熱材12が装着
されている。また芯金3の外表面はチューブ8と接触し
た際の「スベリ効果」を向上させるために、テフロンコ
ーティングやブラスト加工等の表面処理を行うことがで
きる。 エアーノズル4は、金型リップ口9から押出されたチュ
ーブ8がつぶれたり変形したりしないようにチューブ8
の形状を保持するために、微量のエアーを注入したり排
出したりするものである。 チューブ押え具5は、チューブ8を挟んで左右対称一対
に配置され、押え部材18を所定の間隔をおいて複数装
着したキャタピラ17がローラー16により回転駆動さ
れることによって、チューブ8の所定の箇所を押えて成
