該ストリップの引切りスリットを行うことを特徴とする

る(第1図、第2図及び第3図)。ストリップ2は上記
空間Sの上下対の丸刃1.1’間を上下枠7.8と直角
方向に矢印4の方向に走行するようになっている。上下
対の丸刃l、1′は両端部のシリンダー9.9を動作さ
せ上枠8を上昇させることによって互に離反し、該丸刃
1.1′間に間隙tを形成するものである(第1図(イ
)図にその状態を示す)。その状態で例えば0.05〜
1.0 mm厚程度のストリップ2を頭部2′から走行
方向(矢印4)に挿通し、該頭部2′を牽引用ピンチロ
ールに挟持し或は巻取ロールに巻取るものである(図示
していない)。その後上記シリンダー9.9を動作して
上枠8を下降し、上記ストリップ2に切込み3を与える
ことができる(第1図(ロ)図、第2図(ロ)図参照)
そしてその状態を保持したまま、上記ピンチロール又
は巻取ロールを回動して頭部2′を矢印4方向に牽引す
ると上記対の丸刃1.1′はストリップ2の移動によっ
て従動回転し、スリット3′が実現される(第1図(ハ
)(:1図、第2図(ハ)(:1図参照)。上枠8の微
昇降調節装置1)は第6図に示されるように上枠8に設
けたテーバ面12に面接する摺動金具I3を下枠7側に
設けた正逆回転螺杆14に螺合させることによって往復
摺動させ、上枠8を該昇降調節装置1)によって微量昇
降させることができ、それによって上記対の丸刃l、1
′のラップを微調節することができる。又上記調節装置
1)は上枠8を固定して下枠7を昇降し又は上下枠7.
8を昇降させて丸刃1.1′のラップを微調節するもの
であっても差支えない。尚図中15で示すものはストリ
ップ受ロール、16はスリット帯板受ロール、第4図中
17は直立案内杆、18は該杆17に嵌合する上枠8の
昇降案内筒である。尚、上記一連の帯板切込み作業にお
いては、上枠8を昇降させるかわりに下枠7を昇降させ
ストリップ2を上下スリッター(丸刃)1.1′間に挿
入し、上記と同様の一連の切込み作業をさせることが可
