Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉床に設けた分散板の上部に耐熱粒子を充填し
    て流動層を形成し、空気と燃料ガスを該分散板よ
    り該流動層内に供給し、該流動層内での空気と燃
    料ガスの燃焼により受熱した耐熱粒子により被加
    熱材を加熱するウオーキングビーム式流動層加熱
    炉において、(a)炉内に固定配置され、流動層内
    の被加熱材を支持する固定スキツドと、(b)炉外
    のリフト／トラバース機能を有する駆動装置によ
    り駆動される状態で炉天井を貫通して流動層内に
    懸垂配置され、流動層内の被加熱材を固定スキツ
    ド間にて移動するウオーキングビームと、(c)装
    入側と抽出側に設けられ、流動層の上面レベルよ
    り上位の炉側壁に設けた開口部を介して炉内外に
    出入し被加熱材を炉内外に移動するローラーユニ
    ツトを備えるとともに、炉天井に設けられ被加熱
    材を流動層内と上記ローラーユニツトとの間で移
    載するマニプレータを備え、被加熱材を炉内に装
    入し、その加熱後、炉外に抽出する装入／抽出装
    置と、を有して構成されることを特徴とするウオ
    ーキングビーム式流動層加熱炉。
