Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent load falling at the time of a light load by setting the shape of a cam surface part so as to release each locking of a pair of nail pieces against the spring force of an elastic member in a nail piece facing condition of a cam one end part, and making switching via a locking condition. CONSTITUTION:A relative cam surface 36 is formed with a cam outer peripheral surface 33, the cam facing surface 34 of a winding nail piece 28, and the cam facing surface 35 of a lowering nail piece 29, and the rotation of a supporting axis 32 around the axis core of the relative cam 30 to oscillate each nail piece 28 and 29. One end of the supporting axis 32 to which the switching cam 30 is fixed is protruded to the front of a manual handle 23, and a switching lever is fixed to the end. The shape of the cam surface part 36 is set so as to release each locking of a pair of nail pieces 28 and 29 against the spring force of a spring member 31 in the nail piece facing condition of a cam one end part 37. The switching from winding operation to lowering operation or the reverse can be made by the switching lever's operation without via a racing condition where respective nail pieces 28 and 29 are not locked to an irregular tooth 27.

-a, as shown in FIG. 8, a disc nut b that is fitted onto the pinion shaft a, and a lowering claw piece that is removably engaged with the uneven teeth C on the outer periphery of the disc nano l-b. In the traction and hoisting device equipped with the hoisting pawl e and the hoisting pawl e, the hoisting pawl e moves from the hoisting operable state in which the hoisting pawl d is locked to the concave and convex teeth C of the disc nut b. Switching to the state in which the lowering operation is possible when the disc naso +-b is locked on the uneven tooth C, or switching from the state in which the lowering operation is possible to the state in which the lowering operation is possible is performed using the SL claw piece d and the lowering claw. The vehicle will go through a so-called idling state in which it completely deviates from the current state. Therefore, when a light load (for example, about 5 to 10 kgf) is applied to the tail footer (not shown), it is difficult to apply the necessary torque (to pinion shaft a) to tighten the brake, and the loaded object There was a risk of a slow fall.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the traction and hoisting device according to the present invention includes a disc nand that is externally fitted onto a pinion shaft, and a disc nand that engages and disengages from uneven teeth on the outer periphery of the disc nand. A lowering claw piece and a lowering claw piece that can be locked, a switching cam interposed between the pair of claw pieces, and a switching cam that engages the pair of claw pieces with the uneven teeth of the disc nut, respectively. In addition, the outer circumferential surface of the cam, the cam-facing surface of the winding claw piece, and the cam-facing surface of the winding-down claw piece form a relative face portion. The above-mentioned pair of pawls are engaged with the concave and convex teeth of the disfuner 7) by the elastic force of the recording member in a state where the disc nand at one end of the cam faces, and , with one end of the cam tilted to one side of the hoisting claw at a predetermined angle of 1, hold the dropping claw piece until the length of the hoisting claw piece described above is engaged with the uneven tooth. (Function) If the cam is placed facing the disc nut at one end of the cam,
The pair of pawl pieces are in a locked state where they are engaged with the concave and convex teeth of the disc nut, and from this state, the cam is rotated around its axis, and one end of the cam is tilted at a predetermined angle to one side of the winding pawl. state, the lowering claw piece is unlocked,
The lowering operation is now possible, and from this state, rotate the cam further in the same direction and attach one end of the cam to the claw piece (lower claw piece).
When they are in the facing state, the lowering pawl pieces are also unlocked, resulting in a so-called idling state. In addition, if the cam is rotated around its axis from the locked state and one end of the cam is tilted toward one side of the lowering claw, the locking of the lowering claw piece will be released. , the winding operation is possible, and if the cam is further rotated in the same direction from this state so that one end of the cam faces the claw piece (lowering claw piece), the second winding claw piece can also be locked. It is released and becomes idle.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the design may be changed without departing from the gist of the present invention. The shape of the cam-facing surface 35 of the lower claw piece 29 is not limited to the one shown in the illustration, and can be used when switching from a state in which hoisting operation is possible to a state in which hoisting down operation is possible, and when switching from a state in which hoisting operation is possible to a state in which hoisting operation is possible. When switching to the lowering state, the state goes through the locked state as shown in FIG. The claw pieces 28 and 29 are now in a state where they are removed from the concave and convex teeth 27, and one end 37 of the cam 30 is further removed from the state shown in FIG.
When the winding claws 28 and 29 are swung toward the hoisting claws 28, each claw
Any shape is sufficient as long as it is in a state where it comes off from the uneven teeth 27. In other words, the shape of the relative cam surface portion 36 is not limited to that illustrated.

1. Disc nut 3 fitted onto pinion shaft 1
, a hoisting pawl 28 and a hoisting pawl 29 that are removably engaged with the uneven teeth 27 on the outer periphery of the disc nut 3, and a switching cam interposed between the pair of pawls 28, 29. 30, and resilient members 31, 31 that resiliently bias the pair of claw pieces 28, 29 in a direction to respectively lock the concave and convex teeth 27 of the disc nut 3.
In addition, the cam outer peripheral surface 33 and the winding claw piece 28
, and the cam facing surface 35 of the lowering claw piece 29.
This is a towing and hoisting device in which a relative cam surface portion 36 is formed with the cam end portion 37 and the pair of claws 28 and 29 are moved by the elastic force of the elastic members 31 and 31 when the disk nut of the cam end portion 37 is facing each other. The hoisting claw piece 29 is engaged with the uneven teeth 27 of the disc nut 3, and the cam end portion 37 is inclined at a predetermined angle toward the hoisting claw piece 28.
The hoisting claw piece 28 is held in place by the elastic member 31.
The lock is released by swinging against the elastic force of the cam, and the hoisting claw piece 28 is rotated with the one end portion 37 of the cam tilted at a predetermined angle toward the hoisting claw piece 29 side. Uneven tooth 27
The lowering claw piece 29 is held in place by the resilient member 31.
The lock is released by swinging against the resilient force of the cam, and further, with the claws of the one end portion 37 of the cam facing each other, each of the pair of claws 28 and 29 is unlocked by the resilient force. A traction hoisting device characterized in that the shape of the cam surface portion 36 is set so as to be released against the elastic force of the members 31, 31.
