Abstract

PURPOSE:To use hot water supply equipment efficiently by turning off an automatic hot water supply solenoid valve when the other faucet switch is induced to turn off as a result of large consumption of hot water latter in a kitchen or the like during automatic hot water supply and forcing the automatic hot water supply to stand by. CONSTITUTION:When hot water is used by a hot water supply faucet 9 in a kitchen or a similar place during automatic hot water supply to a batch tub 21, and the other faucet switch 51 detects the running of hot water and is turned on, if a float switch 30 is turned off within a specified time, a controller 34 will turn off an automatic hot water supply valve 7 by each signal from a water quantity sensor 4, the float switch 30 and a signal from the other faucet switch 51 and force the automatic hot water supply to stand by. Then, when the other faucet switch 51 is turned off, automatic hot water supply stand by will be canceled and the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 will be turned on so that automatic hot water supply may be started again. After an automatic hot water supply switch 35 is turned on, even if the other faucet switch 51 is turned on, automatic hot water will be continued if the float switch remains to be on. It is, therefore, possible to use efficiently the hot water supply equipment.

To explain the details, 1 is a bath pot with a water heater, which has a built-in hot water heat exchanger 2 and a bath reheating heat exchanger 18, and is used for supplying hot water to the kitchen and shower, and for reheating the bath. . First, I will explain from the water supply side, when water is led to the bath pot 1 with a water heater by the water supply pipe 3 connected to the water pipe,
It is branched, and one side is guided to the water flow sensor 4 and the hot water supply heat exchanger 2, and the other side is guided to the bypass valve 26, whereupon it is combined with the hot water heated by the hot water supply heat exchanger 2 and flows into the hot water supply pipe 6. ,
It reaches the water volume proportional valve 5 provided beyond that point. When the hot water exits the water proportional valve 5, it is branched at a branch part 11 into a hot water pipe B8 connected to an automatic hot water supply electromagnetic valve 7 and a hot water pipe AIO led to a hot water faucet 9 installed in a kitchen or the like. Hot water pipe B8
There is a solenoid valve 7 for automatic hot water supply at the end, a first check valve 27,
It passes through a vacuum breaker 28, passes through a second check valve 29, and then branches at a bath circuit branch 36, with a two-way valve 31 connected to one end. The two-way valve 31 has a ball valve (not shown) inside thereof, and the ball valve is rotated by a motor 32. The two-way valve 31 can be opened and closed by rotating the ball valve.

Now, when trying to supply hot water to the bathtub 21, if the two-way valve 31 is closed, the hot water passes through the flow switch 30 and the bath heat exchanger 18, then through the bath pipe 19, and then through the bath adapter 20. and is guided to the bathtub 21.

0 is both “ON” L, and when it is confirmed that water is flowing, it moves to the next sequence. However, at this point, the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 is opened, and within a predetermined time T (for example, 10 seconds), the water flow center 4 and the flow switch 3 are connected to each other.

3, and the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 is "closed" to detect an abnormality in the case where the bath pipe 19 is clogged due to severe freezing. Next, when it is confirmed that there is no blockage in the bath pipe 19, etc., automatic hot water supply using the bath pipe continues as it is. At this time, since the three-way valve is closed, the water level sensor 23 detects that the bathtub 2

The water level in the bathtub 21 is lower than the bath return pipe 2 of the bath adapter 20.
2, the output of the water level sensor 23 begins to rise, so a bathtub water inflection point determination unit 42 is provided that determines the inflection point at the point where the water level rises, for example, by 10 bits (approximately 2.5C1 m in water level).

At this time, the flow switch 30 is turned on. After this, while the two-way valve 31 is closed, the circulation pump 17 is turned on.
After setting it to OFFJ, turn on the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 again.
A bathtub water level reference point determination unit 43 is provided which uses the water level after a predetermined time T (for example, 20 seconds) as a reference value. This reference point is stored in the bathtub water level reference point storage section 45.

Furthermore, by transporting a flow rate obtained by multiplying the cumulative stored flow rate from the stored reference value to the set water level by a coefficient smaller than 1 (for example, 0.8) through both the bath going pipe and the bath returning pipe,
The automatic hot water supply time can be shortened by the amount of conveyance increased. 0 When the normal bath going pipe is flowing 14117 sin, if the bath return pipe is also conveyed and both are conveyed, 201 /sin will flow, so 20/14ζ1 It becomes .43. In other words, the automatic hot water supply time is shortened by the amount that the flow rate is increased by 43%.

The accumulated memorized flow rate referred to here is the amount of water poured into the bathtub from the reference point to the set water level during the trial run, which is accumulated by the water flow sensor 4. In the conventional example, the flow rate flowing through the bypass valve 26: the flow rate flowing through the water flow sensor -4:6

Furthermore, after conveying, for example, 80% of the water from the standard value to the set water level, through both the bath-going pipe and the bath-returning pipe, hot water is supplied to the set water level using only the bath-going pipe, and during that time, the water level sensor installed in the bath return pipe is used. It automatically supplies hot water to the set water level while checking the water level.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the automatic hot water supply to the bathtub 21 of the above-mentioned conventional example, if a large amount of hot water is used at the hot water faucet 9 in the kitchen or shower during this automatic hot water supply, for example, When the pipe 19 and the bath return pipe 22 are long and the bath pot 1 with water heater and the hot water faucet 9 in the kitchen are short, water may not flow to the automatic hot water supply side and the flow switch 30 may not turn on.

However, in the conventional system, there was no agreement on the automatic hot water supply sequence in such cases, so even when a large amount of hot water was being supplied in the kitchen etc., the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve remained "ON".
In reality, hot water is automatically supplied at a rate of only 1 to 2 ffi/lin.

Therefore, the present invention overcomes the above-mentioned conventional technology! This problem is solved by providing a control device for a water heater that stops an automatic hot water supply solenoid valve when the amount of automatic hot water supply is below a certain level, and restarts automatic hot water supply again when the amount of hot water supply in a kitchen or the like decreases.

(1) In the above state, the flow switch 30 is activated for a predetermined time T.
When rOFFJ occurs within one second, the automatic hot water supply standby means 46 is activated by the bath pipe blockage determination unit 40 which receives signals from the water flow sensor 4 and flow switch 30 as well as signals from other faucet switches 51. Automatic hot water supply is on standby, and the automatic hot water supply solenoid valve 7 is turned rOFF (automatic hot water supply standby in Fig. 2). (2) After the state of (1) above, the other faucet switch 51 is turned rOFF.
When reaching FJ, as shown in the state of automatic hot water supply restart in FIG. 2, the automatic hot water supply standby is canceled by the operation of the automatic hot water supply standby canceling means 47, and automatic hot water supply is restarted. (Automatic hot water supply restart in Figure 2) (3) Furthermore, turn on the automatic hot water supply switch 35.
Even if you turn on the other valve switch 51 after the L/L, the flow switch 30 is turned on.1. If the temperature remains at z, the automatic hot water supply continuation means 48 operates to continue automatic hot water supply.
