Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve handling convenience, by a method wherein the title device is provided with a control means, supplying a predetermined amount of hot-water into a bathtub automatically through a circulating circuit by first automatic hot-water supplying operation after throwing-in a power source and storing the output of a water level detecting means at that time as a reference value. CONSTITUTION:When a first automatic hot-water supplying operation is effected after throwing-in an electric power source into a device after installation, hot-water is supplied into a bathtub 6 through a circulating circuit 7, the supply of the hot-water is stopped automatically when a predetermined amount of hot-water is supplied, a pressure based on the water level of the bathtub at that time is detected by a level detecting means 12 and the output thereof is stored in a memory means 15 as a reference value. When the output of the level detecting means 12, which is corresponding to the reference water level, is stored in such a manner and, thereafter, the water level is increased (or decreased) by some height, the increase (or decrease) of the output of the level detecting means 12 is already known by the characteristics of the water level detecting means 12 itself, therefore, an arbitrary water level may be set based on the reference water level.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 61-130856, a means for detecting the bathtub water level is provided near the circulation opening of the bathtub, and the water level is adjusted to a desired level based on the output of the water level detecting means. An automatic hot water bath device that can automatically supply hot water is known.

However, with this conventional device, if the main body of the device is located far from the bathtub, it is necessary to install a signal line for the water level detection means, and care must be taken to avoid electrical leakage due to disconnection of the signal line or water leakage. Construction, repair, and inspection were not easy.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned prior art, the output of the device body and the detection means vary, so hot water is manually collected at the construction site to an appropriate water level in the bathtub after construction is completed, and the water level at that water level is It had an interrogation point that required an operation to store the output of the detection means as a reference value.

An object of the present invention is to provide an automatic hot water bath device that can automatically set and store a standard output of a water level detection means when a user performs an automatic hot water supply operation for the first time. To provide an automatic hot water supply bath device that does not overflow even if water is already accumulated in the bathtub.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the automatic hot water bath apparatus of the present invention has the following configuration. That is, in a device that automatically supplies hot water to a desired bathtub water level by providing water level detection means in the middle of a circulation circuit connected to a bathtub, a control means is provided that stores the water level as the first automatic hot water supply operation after power is turned on.

(Function) When automatic hot water supply operation is performed for the first time after the power is turned on to the device, hot water is supplied to the bathtub via the W1 ring circuit, and when a predetermined amount of hot water is supplied, Hot water supply is stopped, the water level detection means detects the pressure based on the water level of the bathtub at that time, and the output is stored in the control means as a reference value. Once the output of the water level detection means corresponding to the reference water level is memorized, it is possible to calculate how much the output of the water level detection means will increase if the water level is increased (or decreased) by a certain height relative to the reference water level. (or decrease) is known from the characteristics of the water level detection means itself, so a desired water level can be set based on the reference water level.

Furthermore, it is desirable to determine whether or not there is any remaining water in the bathtub before supplying the predetermined amount of hot water to the bathtub. That is,
If the residual water in the bathtub is forcibly circulated through the l19i11 circuit and circulation is detected, it is determined that there is residual water at a higher water level than the circulation port of the bathtub, and the supply of the predetermined amount of hot water is canceled to prevent overflow.

Figure 3 shows the normal self-excited hot water supply sequence after the base water level has been memorized. The water level variable switch (18) is operated to determine the set water level, and the hot water temperature setting switch (19) is operated to set the water temperature. After determining the temperature, turn on the automatic hot water supply switch (25), and it will first supply 10% hot water and start the circulation circuit (25).

The bath hot water supply solenoid valve (24) is closed, but after the float switch (51) detects that the tank (5) is empty, the three-way valve (8) is switched to proceed to residual water determination. There is. If it is determined that there is no remaining water, add an appropriate amount that exceeds the circulation port of the bathtub (6), for example, 9 [']. After supplying hot water via the loop circuit (7), if it is determined that there is residual water,
