In places where various foods are mixed together, such as in refrigerators, freezers, or food display shelves, the odors emitted from these various foods may be mixed, resulting in mixed odors or odors due to food spoilage. In order to prevent such bad odors, deodorizing methods have traditionally been used in which adsorbents such as activated carbon are placed inside a predetermined container that is air permeable to the outside in order to deodorize the odors generated from food in refrigerators, etc. The odor inside the refrigerator was adsorbed and removed using an adsorbent inside the container.

However, with conventional deodorizers and the like mentioned above, the deodorizer container containing activated carbon as an adsorbent occupies a part of the internal space of a refrigerator, etc., resulting in a loss of space for storing food. In addition, the use of these deodorizer containers not only changes the shape of the available space inside the refrigerator and deteriorates food storage efficiency, but also causes odors in the refrigerator to be absorbed by the activated carbon inside the deodorizer container. Among the adsorbents, only the outer part of the adsorbent is adsorbed, and the adsorbent located inside is inhibited by the external adsorbent and cannot participate in adsorption of odor, so the adsorption of the adsorbent as a whole in the container is It becomes less efficient. Therefore, operations such as shaking the container or changing the position of the adsorbent to ensure adsorption force are required, which is time-consuming. In addition, when food rots, decomposition gas is generated, and this decomposition gas promotes deterioration and spoilage of the food. However, the conventional adsorbents such as activated carbon simply absorb odors, It has been difficult to prevent foul odors caused by deterioration and decay.

The above-mentioned outer covering member 3 is formed of synthetic resin or wood into a plate or sheet shape, and as shown in the figure, the outer covering member 3 is penetrated from one side to the other side over the entire surface of the outer covering member 3. A large number of openings 2 are provided to hold the adsorbent material 4 between the outer cover member 3 and the adsorbent material 4.
The number of openings and the positions thereof can be set arbitrarily. The material of the jacket member 3 can be arbitrarily selected depending on the purpose of use, and its thickness can also be set as appropriate. For example, when placing the deodorizing plate 1 inside a refrigerator or on a shelf of a display stand, the deodorizing plate 1
By setting the overall thickness thinner, space loss can be further reduced. In addition, deodorizing plate 1
It is also possible to suit the place of use by suitably bending, bending, etc., and in such cases, it is advantageous to set the thickness of the outer sheathing member 3 to be thin, and it is advantageous to set the thickness of the outer cover member 3 to be thin, and it is possible to make the cover member 3 thinner. By configuring the outer covering member 3, the thickness of the deodorizing plate 1 can be reduced. Furthermore, if the outer covering member 3 is made of a hard synthetic resin or a wooden board to be relatively thick, the deodorizing board 1 itself will have sufficient strength when configured as the deodorizing board 1. 1 can also be used as is as a shelf board or partition board for a display stand.
Furthermore, as a method of sandwiching the adsorption material 4 between the outer cover members 3, 3, it is possible to simply sandwich the sheet-like adsorption material 4 between the two outer cover members 3, 3, but the method shown in FIG. As in the embodiment, two outer cover members 3,
The two outer covering members 3, 3 can be opened and closed at one end of the outer covering member 3, or one outer covering member can be folded in half and the suction material 4 can be sandwiched between the two folded pieces 3, 3. Or,
Furthermore, by fixing the peripheral edges of both the sheathing members 3, 3 to each other to form a bag-like shape, the adsorption material 4 can be prevented from falling off, and the clamping state can be made more reliable.
Furthermore, by providing locking members (not shown) that can be properly secured to each other between the outer sheathing members 3, 3, it is possible to securely hold the adsorption material 4.

Next, it is sandwiched between the outer covering members 3, 3,
As the adsorbing material 4 for absorbing odors generated from food and bad odors due to rotting food, for example, a porous sheet material such as paper, cotton cloth, or non-woven fabric may be coated with zeolite such as green zeolite, white zeolite, etc. It is made by adhering a porous adsorbent such as activated carbon that has an adsorption effect. The reason why a porous sheet material is used as the sheet material is to facilitate adsorption of an adsorbent such as zeolite or activated carbon, but the sheet material is not limited to such materials. In this way, the adsorption material 4 can be sandwiched between the outer covering members 3 and 3, and absorbs odors in the outside air and other decomposed gases when food spoils through the openings 2 in the outer covering member 3. Furthermore, in the present invention, as an adsorbent attached to the adsorbent material 4, pineapple fruit juice is added to the above-mentioned zeolite or zeolite having an adsorption effect such as activated carbon. By using pineapple enzyme that is retained in the zeolite through fermentation, it has an adsorption effect on the odor and decomposed gas that zeolite inherently has, and also absorbs adsorbed ethylene gas, ammonia gas, fish and meat decomposition gas, etc. By converting pineapple into useful amino acids through the action of pineapple enzymes, a food storage space is created that can suppress food spoilage, maintain the freshness of food, and more reliably prevent the occurrence of bad odors. Incidentally, the deodorizing plate 1 may be constructed by laminating a plurality of the adsorbing materials 4 between the outer cover members 3, 3.

Deodorizing plate 1 according to the present invention formed as described above
The product is shaped like a plate or sheet with a large adsorption area to improve the adsorption efficiency of odors and decomposed gases, etc., and can be used without taking up space in food storage spaces such as refrigerators, freezers, or display stands. In addition, the adsorption material 4 which has a deodorizing effect is used as an outer covering material 3, 3 having a large number of holes 2...
It has a very simple structure that is just sandwiched between the adsorbent materials 4 and 4, so that it is possible to replace the adsorbent material 4 or to remove the adsorbent material 4 and clean the outer covering member 3. It is extremely easy to handle, and furthermore, the adsorbent material 4 By using zeolite that retains pineapple enzyme and activated carbon,
In addition to preventing the occurrence of bad odors that are absorbed by zeolite and activated carbon from foods, the adsorbed ethylene gas, ammonia gas, and decomposed fish and meat gases are converted into amino acids useful for foods by the action of pineapple enzyme. This makes it possible to suppress food spoilage and more reliably prevent the occurrence of bad odors.
