士間が相互に擦り合つても摩耗損傷を効果的に抑
止し、しかもその外周側の隣接する素線の内の少
くとも一方側を密ロウブレンドポリエチレン潤滑
層オーバーコートポリアミドイミドエナメル線と
することにより低融点潤滑剤の密ロウと硬質潤滑
剤のポリエチレンとで圧迫力を顕著に緩和しなが
ら複合潤滑作用を発揮させると共にポリアミドイ
ミドエナメル線本来の優れた耐摩耗性を一段と向
上させ、その結果これらの要因が相乗的に作用し
て仕上り外径が細いながら優れた耐屈曲性と電気
的特性とを発揮して高信頼性の多心絶縁電線とし
たことにある。
