- 被印刷基材に印刷材料を印刷する場合に使用さ
れるメタルマスクの構造において、前記被印刷基
材平面上より突出する突出物がある時に、メタル
マスクの前記突出物に対応する位置に前記メタル
マスクの同一平面上に凸部を持つことを特徴とす
るメタルマスクの構造。
