の停止時に閉路する電圧応動スイツチとを具備し
、少なくとも前記コンデンサに前記電圧応動スイ
ツチと前記直流電磁弁の励磁コイルとの直列回路
が並列に接続されて前記直流電磁弁の時限動作回
路を構成してなる水冷式プラズマアーク加工装置
。 2 前記直流電磁弁の気体供給側には気体圧力の
存在によつて閉路する圧力スイツチを有するとと
もに、前記直流電磁弁の時限動作回路は前記コン
デンサに前記電圧応動スイツチ、前記直流電磁弁
