(Objective) An object of the present invention is to enable easy, strong, and quick connection of electrical conduits that cannot be bonded or that are difficult to bond to receivers such as boxes, connectors, or couplings. A further object of the present invention is to prevent the claws from getting in the way when inserting the conduit, and to connect the receiver and the conduit when the receiver is provided with a separate claw. In addition, it is possible to release the connection between the receiver and the conduit, and furthermore, the purpose is to prevent the claw from being lost. Further, even if the conduit tube is inadvertently pulled in the axial direction of the receiving tube, the locking of the claws is loosened and the conduit tube is prevented from slipping out from the receiving tube.

(Structure) Reference numeral 1 denotes a receiver, which may be used as a connector as in the example shown in Fig. 1, or as a coupling as in the example shown in Fig. 2, or as a coupling as shown in Fig. 3. As shown in the example shown in FIG. 2, the present invention may be used by manufacturing an electrical wiring box such as an outlet box or a switch box, or even a hub. It is sufficient for the receiving tube 1 to be one that allows the electric conduit to be inserted therethrough. Preferably, the receiving tube 1 is made of synthetic resin. The conduit may be a conduit 2 with a smooth outer surface as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, or a conduit 2 with alternating peaks and valleys formed on the outer surface as in the example shown in FIG. Even corrugated conduit 3 is left over. In FIG. 9, 4 is a recess provided in the peripheral wall of the receiving tube 1 facing inward of the receiving tube 1;
It is desirable that this recess 4 be provided on the side of the tip opening 5 of the receiving tube 1. In the case of the example shown in FIG. 9, the inner surface 4a of the recess 4 is arcuate like the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1.

In FIGS. 4 and 5, reference numeral 6 denotes a locking piece having a claw 7 at its tip, and this locking piece 6 is inserted into the recess 4 from the open end of the receiving tube 1 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. It is becoming embedded in the The claw 7 is moved inwardly from the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1 by moving within the recess 4 along the substantially circumferential direction of the receiving cylinder 1. Note that the term "approximately circumferential direction" means a direction that follows a circumferential orbit forming the inner surface of the receiving tube 1, since the locking piece 6 does not move strictly along the inner surface of the receiving tube 1.

Therefore, the locking piece 6 fitted into the recess 4 is
Under normal conditions, the claws 7 are prevented from protruding inwardly from the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1, as shown in FIG.
On the other hand, when the locking piece 6 is moved within the recess 4, the claw 7 projects inward from the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1, as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the locking piece 6
is preferably made of synthetic resin.

In the case of the example shown in the drawings, a recess 4b forming a part of the recess 4 is provided to penetrate through the peripheral wall of the receiving tube 1, a protrusion 6a is provided protruding from the locking piece 6, and the recess 4b The locking piece 6 can be moved by operating the protrusion 6a fitted in the receiving cylinder 1 from outside the receiving cylinder 1 with a finger or the like. In this case, it is convenient because the movement of the locking piece 6 can be controlled from the outside of the receiver 1, and there is also the advantage that whether or not it has moved can be easily determined from the outside of the receiver 1 without the need to look inside the receiver 1. There is.

Now, the procedure for connecting the conduit 2 or the corrugated conduit 3 to the receiver 1 will be explained. First, the locking piece 6 is fitted into the recess 4 so that the claw 7 of the locking piece 6 does not protrude inward of the receiving cylinder 1. Next, the electric conduit tubes 2 and 3 are inserted into the receiving tube 1 from the tip opening 5 thereof. Thereafter, the locking piece 6 fitted into the recess 4 is moved, in the case of the example shown in FIG. 9, in the direction of arrow 8, and by this movement the locking piece 6 is locked as shown in FIG. The claw 7 of the piece 6 is made to protrude inward from the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1. Then, the claws 7 catch on the outer surfaces of the circumferential walls of the electric conduits 2 and 3, and thereby the electric conduits 2 and 3 are connected to the receiving tube 1 so as not to come off.

By the way, when connecting in a cutting pattern, it is preferable to prevent the moved locking piece 6 from returning to its original state. The reason for this is that the locking piece 6 returns to its original position and the claw 7
This is because if the conduit pipes 2 and 3 do not protrude inward from the receiving sleeve 1, the electric conduits 2 and 3 may easily fall out from the receiving sleeve 1. To deal with this, a locking mechanism 9 may be provided to hold the locking piece 6 in a state in which the claw 7 remains protruding inward from the receiving cylinder 1.

It is preferable that the locking mechanism 9 comprises a concave portion 10 and a convex portion 11 as shown in the examples shown in FIGS. 4 to 7. Particularly in the case of this example, the convex portion 11 is provided in a protruding manner at the end of the locking piece 6 on the side opposite to the pawl 7, as shown in FIG. 4, and when the locking piece 6 is moved, the concave portion 10 and the convex portion 11 are fitted and locked. In the case of the examples shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the convex portion 11 is particularly hemispherical, so that the work of locking the concave portion 10 and the convex portion 11 can be easily performed. It is also desirable that the locking mechanism 9 be constructed from a constricted portion 12 as shown in the examples shown in FIGS. 10 to 12. The narrowed portion 12 is configured by narrowing the portion of the recessed portion 4 where the locking piece 6 moves. When the locking piece 6 moves in the narrowed portion 12, it moves by force. Therefore, once the movement of the locking piece 6 is completed, the locking piece 6 is reliably locked by the narrowing portion 12. In the case of the example shown in FIGS. 10 to 12, the recess 4b forming a part of the recess 4 is trapezoidal, two of these are connected, and the narrow part of the connected part is the narrowed part 12. . And a trapezoidal projection 6b protruding from the locking piece 6
(using the elasticity of the synthetic resin) to move the constricted portion 12, thereby fitting the protrusion 6b into the trapezoidal recess 4b at the front. In this state, the locking piece 6 is reliably locked by the constricted portion 12, and therefore the electrical conduits 2 and 3 are reliably connected to the receiver 1 so that they do not come off.

The locking mechanism 9 is not limited to the example shown in the drawings and can be modified as appropriate, and it is sufficient to hold the locking piece 6 in a state in which the claw 7 remains protruding inward from the receiving cylinder 1.

(1) In the present invention, with the locking piece 6 fitted into the recess 4 of the receiver 1, the claw 7 is moved by moving the locking piece 6 within the recess 4. It is designed to be moved inwardly from the inner surface 1a of the receiving cylinder 1. Therefore, the receiver tube 1 and the conduit tubes 2 and 3 can be connected with the locking piece 6 fitted into the recess 4 of the receiver tube 1, and vice versa. The connection between the receiving tube 1 and the electric conduits 2 and 3 can also be released while the receiving tube 1 is fitted into the recess 4 of the tube 1. Therefore, there is no need to attach the pawl to the receiving tube after inserting the electric conduit during connection, and to remove the pawl from the receiving tube to release the connection, so that the pawl will not be lost during work.
