Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a lid material with a hole free from infiltration of contents into the hole without need of laminating process for closing the hole by providing a cut reaching from a partial temporarily adhering layer to a rear face of a base material layer and covering a whole surface with an overlay layer. CONSTITUTION:A laminate sheet 1 of a lid material is formed such that a polyethylene layer 4 is provided via adhesive agent 3a on a rear face of a polyester layer 2, while a patterned ink layer 5 and partially a temporarily adhering ink layer 6 are provided on the surface of the polyester layer 2, and a cut 7 is made on the temporarily adhering ink layer 6, the patterned ink layer 5 and the polyester layer 2 to cover the surface with a polyester layer 8 via adhesive agent 3b. When a pull tab 10 is picked up by fingers and pulled toward the center of a lid material 11 at the time of use, although the adhesive agent 3b part in contact with the surface of the temporarily adhering ink layer 6 is peeled at a contact face, the polyethylene layer 4 is cut to be a hole with the cut 7 as a border in a part inside the cut 7. Therefore a lid material with a hole which is free from infiltration of contents into the hole can be obtained without need of laminating process for closing the inside the hole.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, it is known that a cylindrical container made of paper or plastic is filled with a beverage such as juice, and the opening of the container is sealed with a container-like lid. Such a container is generally one in which the opening is completely opened by peeling off the lid at the time of drinking, and the drink is drunk through the opening. However, when the opening of the container is opened completely like this,
If the area of the opening is large, it becomes difficult to drink, and there is a problem that the contents may be spilled especially when a child or even an adult drinks from a vibrating vehicle.

そこで、このような不都合を解消するために、容器の蓋

Therefore, in order to eliminate this inconvenience, a fluid outlet is provided in advance in the base material layer of the container lid material, and a coating layer is overlaid on the surface of this base material layer using an adhesive that is easily peeled off. It has been proposed to provide a container with a lid in which a fluid outlet is exposed on the surface by peeling off the coating layer (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 12726/1983). In addition, holes are drilled in advance in the intermediate strip of the lid material of the container, and coatings are pasted on the upper and lower surfaces of the holes, respectively, so that the coating on the upper surface can be easily peeled off from the intermediate strip. It has also been proposed that by peeling off the upper surface coating, the upper surface coating and the intermediate strip are peeled off, and at the same time, the lower surface coating of the hole area is lifted up and torn to open the hole. 6212099).

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the device described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application No. 61-12726, since the base material layer provided with the fluid outlet is in a position where it comes into contact with the contents inside the container, this There is a problem in that the liquid in the container permeates through the fluid outlet. On the other hand, in the method described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-12099, the coating is applied to the lower surface of the intermediate strip, which prevents liquid from penetrating into the holes, but requires an additional lamination process to close the holes. Therefore, there is a problem that the process becomes more complicated.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and includes:
A perforated lid material that does not require a lamination process to close the hole and does not allow the contents to penetrate into the hole, in a container that is made easy to drink by providing a hole in a part of the lid material, and a method for manufacturing the same. The purpose is to obtain.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above object, the perforated lid material according to the present invention has the following features:
A sealant layer is provided on the back side of the base material layer, a partial temporary adhesive layer is provided with holes left on the surface, and at least a cut is provided that reaches from the partial temporary adhesive layer to the back side of the base material layer, and the entire surface is covered with an overlay layer. It was designed to cover.

On the other hand, in the method for producing a perforated lid material according to the present invention, after providing a sealant layer on the back surface of the base material layer, a partial temporary adhesive layer with holes left on the surface is provided, and then at least the partial temporary adhesive layer is removed from the base layer. A cut was made to reach the back surface of the material layer, and then the entire surface was covered with an oat layer.

(Operation) When you pinch the tension tab part of the lid material with your fingers and pull it toward the center of the lid material, the parts of the overlay layer that come into contact with the temporary adhesive layer (L), that is, the parts outside the notch, Peeling occurs at the contact surface between the two, but in the inner part of the cut, the base material layer and the sealant layer adhere to the oat layer and are lifted, so the sealant layer is cut at the cut border. Therefore, the cut portion becomes a hole, and this hole can be used as a drinking spout.

In this embodiment, the laminated sheet 1 of the lid material has a polyethylene (PE) layer 4 as a sealant layer on the back side of a polyester (PET) layer 2 as a base material layer via an adhesive 3a.
On the other hand, a pattern ink layer 5 and a partial temporary ink layer 6 are provided on the surface of the polyester layer 2, and cuts 7 are provided in the temporary ink layer 6° and the pattern ink layer 5 and the polyester layer 2 to cover the surface. It is formed by covering with a polyester layer 8 which is an overlay layer via an adhesive 3b.

First, the polyethylene layer 4 is attached to the back surface of the polyester layer 2 by dry lamination (FIG. 1(a)), and then, in the printing process, pattern ink is printed on the entire surface of the polyester layer 2 to form a pattern ink layer. form 5,
Furthermore, a temporary ink layer 6 is formed by printing temporary ink in an L-shape leaving holes 9 on the surface. Note that this hole 9 is set to be slightly smaller than a hole 13 formed when the lid 11 is opened, which will be described later (FIG. 1(b)). Thereafter, at a slightly outer position of the hole 9, the temporary ink layer 6. Incisions 7 are made with a laser across the pattern ink layer 5 and the polyester layer 2 (FIG. 1(C)). Finally, a polyester layer 8 is bonded to the entire surface by dry laminating to form a laminated track 1 (see Fig. 1).

During use, if you pinch the tension tab lO with your fingers and pull it toward the center of the lid 11, the part of the adhesive 3b that is in contact with the surface of the temporary ink layer 6, that is, the outside of the cut 7, will be removed. In some areas, peeling occurs at the contact surface between the two, or in the inner part of the cut 7, each layer is lifted together with the polyester layer 8 on the surface, so that the polyethylene layer 4 is removed from the cut 7.
It is cut using the part as the boundary. Therefore, one cut portion becomes the hole 13, and this hole 13 can be used as a drinking spout.

In the above embodiment, the cut 7 is formed by laser, but it may also be formed by mechanical half-cutting. Although this cut 7 was provided so as to reach the back surface of the polyester layer 2 from the front side of the lamination channel 1, it may be provided to a position where it cuts into a part of the polyethylene layer 4. Further, as the adhesives 3a and 3b, polyethylene sand laminate may be used instead of the above-mentioned dry laminate.
