15した開き戸14の回動端側に枢着25したも
のであるから、開き戸14の開閉操作を極めて円
滑に行うことができるとともに、突出部材22は
この窓枠体に枢着24した器体17に納められて
伸縮するものであるから、器体17の荷重および
操作時にかかるモーメント等はこの枢着24にか
かるので、突出部材22に何ら外力が及ぶことが
ないので、突出部材22のひずみ等によるトラブ
ルを防止することができ、とくにひずみ等をさけ
るため弾性材を使用する必要がないので経年性に
優れた開閉装置16を得ることができる。また、
上記構成により遠隔操作に好適である等多くの特
長がある。

ることができるとともに、突出部材はこの窓枠体
に枢着した器体に納められて進退するものである
から、器体の荷重および操作時にかかるモーメン
ト等はこの枢着部にかかるので、突出部材に何ら
外力が及ぶことがないので、突出部材のひずみ等
によるトラブルを防止することができて開き戸の
開閉操作を円滑に行うことができ、とくにひずみ
等をさけるため突出し部材を弾性部材を使用する
必要がないので経年性にも優れ、遠隔操作にも好
適である。
