本発明は、鋼板等の一次防錆用塗装方法及びそ

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
上記従来技術は、塗装用スプレイガンの位置を
固定して塗装を行なつているもので、各ガンの吐
出塗料の量を制御することによつて、塗装塗膜厚
さを制御している。しかしスプレイガンを移動す
ると、塗装範囲は、塗料の粘度による制御では良
好な結果が得られず、不必要に重ね塗りが生じた

の比重に応じて前記スプレイガンの高さを制御し
て、所定の塗布面積を得る鋼板の塗装方法であ

(作用)
本発明者等は、鋼板等の1次防錆塗装を安定、
