Abstract

PURPOSE:To work efficiently by stick a sheet of preliminary ground paper and a sheet of rear make-up paper at the same time, by a method wherein two sheets of the preliminary ground paper are separately stuck on the right side and the rear side of an interior material, and the rear make-up paper is furthermore stuck on the rear side, following which it is cut and a plurality of make-up boards are formed, and each of band-shaped tapes is stuck on a connection part and a sheet of a frontal paper is stuck on the right side, and finally frame members and decorative members are furnished. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of preliminary ground paper 7 are separately stuck on the right side and the rear side of an internal material 6, and a sheet of rear make-up paper 9 is also stuck on the preliminary ground paper 7, following which the internal material 6 is cut in a size of each of make-up boards 2. A band-shaped tape 11 with the same pattern as the rear make-up paper 9 is stuck on a connection part 10 on the rear side, and the band- shaped tape 11 without a pattern is stuck on the connection part 10 on the right side, so that the make-up boards 2 are made foldable. On the right side, a sheet of frontal make-up paper, e.g. golden paper 8, is stuck. A decorative cloth 4 is laid on top of the golden sheet 8 and stuck so as to hem the periphery of the right side, following which frame members are inserted in each of the end parts of a folding screen 1 and finally decorative metal fittings 12 are furnished at the four corners formed of the frame members 5 and at the middle parts on longitudinal members thereof, and thus the folding screen 1 is completely formed.

<Background of the Invention> Conventionally, folding screens for Hina dolls have been made by arranging flat plate-shaped interior materials A with their ends facing each other, as shown in FIG. Attach the base paper B so that two sheets are joined together, and on the other hand, attach the base paper B to the back side so that the sets of two sheets are shifted from the front side, so that each interior material A becomes bellows. The device was manufactured by making it foldable into a shape, and then adding a frame material and decorative members to the device. However, pasting the base paper B is a troublesome work, so as in the past, multiple sheets of base paper B are attached to the front and back sides, and the front and back sides are alternately attached. It took a lot of time and effort to paste the folding screens in such a way that it was difficult to manufacture folding screens efficiently.

(Technical matters attempted to be developed) The present invention was made in view of this background,
In particular, we have attempted to develop a folding screen and its manufacturing method that simplifies the work of alternately pasting the base paper to the interior material and that is manufactured using a more rational method than conventional methods.

(Structure of the Invention) Means for Achieving the Object> The folding screen, which is the first invention of the present application, has base paper pasted on the front and back surfaces of a flat interior material, and the back surface is further coated with base paper. Paste the back decorative paper from above, cut this into appropriate dimensions to make multiple decorative boards, and apply strip tape to the joints on the back side so that the decorative boards can be folded freely. This device is characterized in that after a band-shaped tape is pasted on the connecting portion, a cover decorative paper is pasted thereon, and a frame material and a decorative member are further provided on this product.

In addition, the method for manufacturing a folding screen, which is the second invention related to the present application, involves pasting base paper on the front and back surfaces of a flat interior material, and pasting backing paper on the back surface. , Cut this material into appropriate dimensions to make multiple decorative boards, paste strip tape on the joints on the back side of this decorative board so that it can be folded freely, then paste a decorative paper on top of it, and then It is a characteristic that prohibits the provision of frame materials and decorative members on objects.

<Examples> The present invention will be specifically described below based on illustrated examples. Reference numeral 1 designates a folding screen according to the present invention, in which large pieces of decorative board 2 are joined together in a bellows shape, a decorative cloth 4 is provided as a decorative member so as to frame the periphery of the front surface, and a decorative cloth 4 is provided as a decorative member to frame the periphery of the front surface. A frame material 5 made of a relatively hard material is provided to create a double folding screen. The side on which the decoration will be applied to the folding screen l is the front side, and the other side is the back side. It is defined as

Each decorative board 2 has a base paper 7 pasted on the front and back sides of a flat interior material 6 made of styrofoam, for example, and then the front side Gold paper 8 is pasted on the back, and decorative backing paper 9 is pasted on the back. Incidentally, the reason why the base paper 7 is provided is to prevent the gold paper 8 and the decorative back paper 9 from being applied directly to the Styrofoam interior material 6, which would result in an uneven finish and easy peeling. . In addition, each connecting portion 10 of each decorative board 2 has a strip tape 11 affixed to the edge of the rain base paper 7 on the valley fold side as shown in FIG. By pasting the strip tape 11 to the end surface 6a of the material 6, the strip tape 11 acts as a hinge and can be bent freely between the decorative boards 2. The golden paper 8 and the backing paper 9 are also pasted to the connecting portion 10 on the mountain fold side so as to cover the end surface 6a of each interior material 6. Further, the frame member 5 is, for example, a member made of plastic material and has a channel cross section, and its recesses 5a fit into each end of the folding screen 1. The frame material 5 is provided with decorative metal fittings 12 for decoration and reinforcement at each of its four corners and at the center of the vertical bar.

The folding screen 1 according to the present invention has the above-described structure, and a method for manufacturing the same will be described below. First, a flat interior material 6 of a size that can be taken in large pieces, taking the decorative board 2 as an example, is prepared, and a base paper 7 is pasted on the entire front and back surfaces of this interior material 6, respectively. Also, on the back side, a back decorative paper 9 is pasted on top of the base paper 7. Next, the interior material 6 processed in this manner is cut into the size of each decorative board 2. Incidentally, in the present invention, each decorative board 2 is created by first pasting the base paper 7 and back decorative paper 9 on the interior material 6 and then cutting them.
The relatively troublesome and time-consuming task of pasting can be completed in one operation. Next, this decorative board 2
A band-like tape 11 having the same pattern as the back decorative paper 9 is attached to the joint part IO on the back side so that it can be folded freely, and a plain belt-like tape 11 is applied to the joint part IO on the front side. After each decorative board 2 is joined together in this manner, a piece of gold-colored paper 8 is pasted on the front surface as an example of a front decorative paper. Of course, considering work efficiency etc., the golden paper 8 is replaced with the decorative board 2.
It is also possible to paste two sheets each. In this case, the golden paper 8 is pasted so that it is flat in the part where the connecting part 10 is a valley fold, and the part where the joint part 10 is a mountain fold is folded so that both decorative boards 2 are overlapped, and the end surface of both decorative boards 2 is pasted. Make sure to stick it so that it is almost flat. Next, overlap the decorative cloth 4 on top of the golden paper 8 so as to border the front surface,
Furthermore, the folding screen 1 of the present invention is completed by fitting a frame member 5 to each end of the folding screen 1 and providing decorative metal fittings 12 at each of the four corners of the frame member 5 and the center of the vertical frame.

(Effects of the Invention) In the present invention, each decorative board 2 is created by first pasting the base paper 7 and the backing paper 9 on the interior material 6 and then cutting them.
The relatively troublesome and time-consuming work of pasting the base paper 7 and back decorative paper 9 can be completed in one go. Therefore, folding screens can be manufactured more efficiently than conventional manufacturing methods.
