[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention relates to a resource-saving reinforced single-piece corrugated cardboard sheet, and its purpose is to create a type that significantly saves materials, yet has strength. Furthermore, we aim to provide a single corrugated cardboard sheet with a new feel that forms an aesthetically pleasing edge surface.

(Prior Art) Corrugated sheets conventionally used for corrugated cases, etc. are so-called double-sided corrugated sheets made by laminating liner paper on both sides of corrugated paper called a core, and require a large amount of paper material. Therefore, the price of the case was also high.

(Problems to be solved by the present invention) The present invention eliminates the need for the liner on one of the two sides of the conventional double-sided corrugated paperboard sheet, and uses a special structure of corrugated paper and single-sheet liner paper to create a double-sided corrugated board. The purpose of this invention is to save resources and reduce costs in cardboard cases and the like by obtaining a single corrugated cardboard sheet that has the strength to replace corrugated cardboard.

(Means for solving the problem, examples) Therefore, after various studies, as shown in the drawing, the wavy shape of a sheet body [single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet a] in which liner paper 2 is pasted on the entire surface of one side of corrugated paper 1 is found. Arbitrary width portions at both ends of the ridges 1'' of the paper 1 in the flow direction are marked with fold lines 4', which are orthogonal to the ridges of the wavy paper, respectively.
4', the surface side of the wavy paper is set as the inward folding side, and the surface side of the liner paper is set as the outward folding side, and the sheet body is folded inwardly, and the wavy paper surface of the sheet body portion opposite to the folded portion 1' is folded. By superimposing and pasting them on top of each other, and providing overlapping portions 3 consisting of two inner layers of corrugated paper and one layer of liner paper each on the outer side, on both sides of the ridges of the corrugated paper of the sheet body in the flow direction. A resource-saving, reinforced single-piece corrugated cardboard sheet with beautiful edge surfaces, which is comparable in strength to double-sided corrugated cardboard sheets, has been obtained, and the above-mentioned problems have been solved.

(Operations and Examples of Cases in which the Invention is Used) As described above, this invention provides overlapping parts 3 of arbitrary widths at both ends of the corrugated paper ridges in the flow direction of the single-sided corrugated paperboard sheet a, thereby saving resources. The feature is that it is made of a corrugated cardboard sheet, and by configuring the overlapping part 3, it is a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet with strength comparable to double-sided corrugated cardboard sheets. When making a case using this sheet, the overlapping part 3 If it is made with the upper end or the lower end facing toward the upper end or the lower end, a case with strength equal to or greater than that of a double-sided corrugated cardboard case can be obtained. It is aesthetically pleasing because it has a rounded and clean edge surface (see Figure 3) rather than a cut surface (step exposed), and when used as a case (see Figure 5).
(see figure), it will look good.

Therefore, since the present invention consists of the corrugated paper 1 and the liner paper 2 in addition to the overlapping portion 3, it goes without saying that it has cushioning properties, product protection properties, etc.

FIG. 5 shows an example of a case in which the present invention is made into a cardboard case (commonly referred to as an A-type case). If it is formed so that it can be extended inward (downward or upward) from the border with the lid 8), the case will have a reinforced corner side (the part where the lid is bent) around the top edge, and the lid will be The end face (edge face 4) is neatly formed. The roughly shaded portion in FIG. 5 is the portion formed by the overlapping portion 3. Note that in FIG. 5, the lower side of the case 5 is shown with the lid closed, but as in the case of the upper side described above, by utilizing the overlapping part 3, the corners and the vicinity thereof can be rationally reinforced. This makes it a strong case.
