が提供できも[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Field of Application The present invention relates to a household-use firm tofu molding device.Conventional techniquesWhen making firm tofu at home, conventional soy milk (the method for making soy milk is omitted) Keep the tofu at about 70℃ in a container. Add an appropriate amount of coagulant (nigari) to it and at the same time stir it with a spoon for a few seconds to create a semi-coagulated tofu mass, which has a small hole in the bottom as shown in Figure 3. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to pour the tofu into a box-shaped container lined with cotton cloth on the inner surface, and then place a presser lid and a weight on top of it to form the firm tofu. It is necessary to spread cotton cloth evenly on the inside of a box-shaped container with a small hole in the bottom. It takes a lot of effort to spread cotton cloth evenly on the inside of the container, and it also causes wrinkles. The present invention eliminates the trouble of uniformly lining the inner surface of a box-shaped container with small holes, and improves the appearance of finished firm tofu. The purpose of this project is to provide a molding machine for making firm tofu that becomes beautiful.A metal mesh is placed at the bottom of a box-shaped container with many small holes in the bottom and an opening at the top. The present invention also works in a firm tofu molding machine with a plastic coating by pouring the tofu mass, placing a metal net of the same shape as the one placed on the bottom from above, and placing a weight on top of the tofu mass. The structure is as described above, where a metal mesh is placed at the bottom of a box-shaped container, a semi-solidified tofu mass is poured into it, another metal mesh is placed from above on top of the tofu mass, and a heavy layer is placed on top of it. The bottom shape of firm tofu can be easily formed by simply placing a weight on it. Embodiment Figure 1 shows a cross-section of a firm tofu molding machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the component configuration. Figure 3 is a sectional view of a conventional example showing the conventional method. In Figures 1 and 2, (1) is a molded box with many small holes (2) in the bottom, The metal 1!L (4) placed on the bottom indicates a semi-coagulated tofu mass.
The method of making is omitted) is kept at about 70℃ in a separate container, and an appropriate amount of coagulant (bitternard) is added to it, and at the same time stirred with a spoon for a few seconds, it is in a semi-solidified state. Pour the tofu block (4) onto the metal net (3). Next, place another metal net (5) on top of it, and then place a weight (6) such as a bowl filled with water on top of it. Place the tofu on top and let it sit for about 20 minutes until the firm tofu is ready.Pour water into another large container and take the tofu out.
The metal mesh (3) and (5) are used to replace the conventional cotton cloth, and it is best to use mesh that is the same as the cotton cloth. To improve the shape, apply a plastic coating such as Teflon to the surface of the metal nets (3) and (5).Part 3
In the conventional example shown in the figure (top), the molding box (1) has the same configuration as the force (
The net for squeezing the tofu blocks (4) is made of cotton cloth (7).It takes a lot of effort to spread the tofu evenly inside the molding box (1), and if it is not spread evenly, it will wrinkle. As explained in detail in the invention, when making firm tofu according to the present invention, there are problems such as the appearance of the firm tofu is bad and the need to prepare a presser lid (8). A metal net is placed at the bottom of the machine, and a semi-coagulated tofu lump is placed on top of the injector.By simply placing another metal net and a weight on top of the machine, it is possible to form the bottom shape of firm tofu.
There is no need for the traditional effort of uniformly laying cotton cloth on the inside of the molding box, and the appearance of brown cotton tofu is beautiful because there are no wrinkles that occur when laying cotton cloth.Furthermore, it is easy to clean after use. It is possible to provide an extremely useful firm tofu molding machine, as the metal mesh is easier to clean than cotton cloth and is more hygienic.
