Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 焼結ペレツトとして形成された蒸着材料を
収容するための、上部が開放した蒸着用るつぼに
おいて、るつぼの底部が開放しており、るつぼの
空洞が実質的に円柱形であることを特徴とする蒸
着用るつぼ。 (2) 焼結ペレツトとして形成された蒸着材料を
収容するための、上部が開放した蒸着用るつぼに
おいて、るつぼの底部に開口が形成され、この開
口に、焼結ペレツト突出し棒を挿入可能であり、
るつぼの空洞が実質的に円柱形であることを特徴
とする蒸着用るつぼ。
